I ordered 3 styles in size large for…
I ordered 3 styles in size large for bladder leaks. They arrived quickly to Vancouver Island. 2 fit perfectly! The high waisted undies were too tight to wiggle over my hips. I notified Knix who immediately sent me a size up. The best part was them asking me to donate the too small pair to save on the environmental cost of extra shipping! I'm a very happy hippy now!
From my experience, the best leak undies are the bike shorts/anti chafing styles. They work well under skirts, with jeans, and under track pants.

I had a fabulous experience with the team at Knix. After loving my own knix, I purchased for a relative of mine who was having health issues (felt that these could address her concerns). She was too hesitant to try / didn’t open the package. After reaching out to their customer support and explaining the situation, their team was absolutely incredible and simply asked that we donate the pairs purchased locally. This truly reinstated my faith in that there are still good companies out there (personally bouncing off the walls that Knix is Canadian too) that are willing to go above and beyond for their customers, those less fortunate, & our planet. Thank you to the Knix team!

Knix has made it so easy to shop online and find a perfect fit for bras and underwear. Easy order process with easy exchanges. The one issue I did have with a product I reached out to their customer service team and Shamita did not hesitate to help me and provided me with multiple options to help solve my problem while being so kind.
My favourite/most comfortable styles I’ve tried are the leakproof boy shorts, leakproof boybrief and the revolution v neck bra.

Lost sale order left me paying double to replace
Added 1/21 after Knix reply- For clarity: the issue was not inventory, but value. Replacing comparable items after the lost shipment would have cost nearly double, and no adjustment was offered to address that gap.
Long-time Knix customer. Placed a large order during their end-of-year sale after waiting all year to restock essentials. The package was lost in transit.
While I was refunded, the items and bundled pricing were no longer available. Replacing comparable items would cost nearly double, even with the 20% code offered. Knix declined to offer any credit or adjustment despite the loss being outside my control.
If your order is lost during a major sale, expect a refund but no meaningful help replacing items at a similar value.

Customer Service is Excellent
I loved how helpful the customer service team was in resolving a delivery issue. I have been a Knix customer for 1 year now, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. I am satisfied with both my bras and underwear purchases and appreciate they they are always aiming to innovate their products.
I contacted Knix regarding a defective item
I contacted Knix regarding a recently purchased pair of underwear. There was a problem with the back seam causing irritation, making the pair uncomfortable to wear. I contacted Knix to see if they would consider exchanging and the degree of back-and-forth was ridiculous. Even though they were purchased online and I provided the order number, I was asked to provide a picture of the packing slip and photo of the underwear. The second time I was asked to provide a picture of the shipping label and order number which I had already provided. I sent back the receipt. I then contacted Knix through the website and was asked again to provide a picture of the underwear and lot number.
Knix either does or does not allow exchanges or returns of defective items. I find requests to take pictures of worn (twice) underwear and send them back strange.
Not so sure that I’ll deal with this company again.

VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED
I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the underwear and the company for making zero effort to respond via a live agent or a human after 2 “chats” via an AI agent.
I admit I made the biggest mistake by ordering 6 pair to avoid shipping charges. I find the products poorly designed especially the cotton brief. The pad is not integrated into the underwear in the front and back seam area. It is not attached at the sides either. I can feel the serged 0.5 cm seam running across my bum area. This is no better than wearing a pad.
If you live near a store then check them out first. I live in Norther Ontario and I am punished by not being able to see the product first. I cannot return, exchange or get a credit. If they stand behind their product, it should not matter if you got a discounted price. An unhappy customer is not a future or ongoing customer.

I purchased 2 leak proof shorts
I purchased 2 leak proof shorts and I tried on one with underwear on. The garment was on for about 5 minutes. It keep sliding down.. It would not stay up on my derriere. I went to return both shorts, and site informed me that all sales were final. This is such baloney, nowhere in the purchase info did it say it was a final sale. The site would not allow me to return the items.What a waste of money.They were about forty seven dollars a piece. if you buy from this company, good luck after I submitted this review, the next customer service came back and said I could return the item.So now i'm a happier customer.

Best customer service experience I've had with a brand.
My representative was Shamita. I was gifted a 2 productsvia a gift program, 1 didn't fit, and I had no access to purchase information. Shamita was prompt, polite and incredibly accommodating. I was able to get my exchange within just days of inquiring.
Between this and the quality, they've earned a faithful customer.

Great Customer Service
I purchased two Uplift bras from Knix and one of them had a manufacturing issue. Customer Service Associate Shamita was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve my issue quickly. I'm super impressed with the uplift bra and even more impressed with the excellent customer service Knix provides!
I adore the revolution pull over bras
I adore the revolution pull over bras. I have like 5 of them. Recently though, 2 started to seperate at the seams on the top and the cups were slipping out. They were about a year and a half old at this point. I reached out to Knix support and within a few hours I was linked to shamita at knix support that helped me rectify the issue immediately by offering in store credit to replace the bras or buy what ever I like with the cash. I ended up replacing the bras with the same ones again because I truly love them so much! All this was over the Christmas and new years break too so it was amazing that I got a hold of shamita so quickly and was able to get my order in and shipped. Honestly. This experience alone will make me come back. They trust the product and stand beside it! Great job Knix! And shamita, you were lovely to deal with! Thank you again!

I bought my wife a bra for Christmas
I bought my wife a bra for Christmas, it was the one that she really wanted from Knix. It came in plenty of time for Christmas. So I took it out of the package and immediately wrapped it and put it under the tree.
Christmas morning came and i was super excited for my wife to open the present. When she opened it, I saw her face, it was these push up adhesive things. I quickly checked my email to see if I had ordered the right thing, and I had. We had been sent the wrong item. Ugh. I didn’t check when I took it out of the package and wrapped it.
So starts the LONG process of trying to get reimbursement or replacement etc. Try to convince them what had happened…
The experience of getting the right bra back was unbelievably easy and seamless. Shamita was so great. Not only did we get a new one sent right away, they gave us a discount on our next order. Really, the discount was nice, but the best part was there was no convincing, proving, begging for a replacement. It was immediate and above and beyond my expectations.

I would put 0 stars if I could
I would put 0 stars if I could. I am stuck with 2 bras that don’t fit, I ordered according to the size chart. They dont support much, even with an extender for the back it does not keep the girls in their place. I would never purchase from here again, that is a guarantee. Total waste of money especially in this economy.

I reached customer service via email and Liyya saved the day! Thanks to Liyya, my order is directed to the correct address and she helped last minute on Christmas eve! If it wasn’t her I wouldn’t be able to retrieve my order and I would lose a lot of money and have a very upset holiday. After this experience, Knix is my favourite brand! I trust their customer service and I will buy all my gifts from Knix next year as well. It is the best intimate wear brand.
