The course was well organised , thought, the instructor was so good and knowledgeable and made so fun and enjoyable with good banter.

Stay away!!

I had my SSSTS refresher course booked on 22.11.2025(saturday),spent the whole day on the course via Zoom platform,took the test at the end. At the end my tutor told me I have past the test with 90% points and just to confirm with him i asked twice and i can leave the Zoom platform . Next day Sunday around 12 o`clock I had 2 missed calls from unkown number (my tutor from the exam) and a text after that i should call him immediatly because he has some news. Apparently i failed the test because THE INTERNAL AUDITORS PICKED UP AN ERROR. The audacity, the incompetence from this guy ... I`ve spent £165 so at the end to be ripped off money and qualification certificate. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!! RIP-OFFS!1

I believe some of your feedback may be based on a misunderstanding. As your booking agent, we correctly arranged your place on the course you selected, which you attended in full. In doing so, we provided the service you purchased. The course itself was delivered by an approved training organisation, which operates independently from us. We have spoken with them to clarify the concerns you raised.

We understand that you narrowly failed your initial test and were then offered a completely free re-sit by the training provider. This was a goodwill gesture, as they were under no obligation to provide the re-sit at no cost. Unfortunately, you did not pass the re-sit either. The training provider has explained that they mistakenly informed you that you had passed, and subsequently contacted you to correct this error and confirm the actual result.

We are sorry for the confusion caused by this miscommunication at the end of your re-sit. However, the final result is accurate. As you have been unsuccessful on two attempts, it would not be appropriate to attribute this outcome to anyone else.

Completed and passed my SMSTS refresher training.
The whole training was nicely explained by Al.
Truly recommend them.
Btw they have a wide variety of training which they can assist with

I’d like to give a big thanks to Syed

I’d like to give a big thanks to Syed, who was an excellent tutor throughout my Level 6 NVQ Construction Contracting Operations Management. He was always helpful, clear with his feedback, and shared a lot of useful, practical information that really helped me understand the requirements of each unit.

What I appreciated most was how understanding he was about me completing the course alongside a full-time job. He never made it feel rushed or pressured, and his support made it much easier to stay on track and get everything done properly.

I’d highly recommend Syed to anyone taking this qualification. He knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping you succeed.

Great experience

Great experience. Overall really happy with all the process. Huge thanks to Syed, my assessor for the patience he shown during the course and for the support provided whenever I needed.
Definitely I would recommend to others.

Very enjoyable and effective training.

Al kept the course upbeat and moving steadily forward concentrating all the pertinent elements, where required. He engaged with the attendees and invited comments.

I achieved a high mark in the exam so the training MUST have been effective!

All in all, an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.
