Terrible support, truely mind bogglingly poor.

I went to cash out a sum of $700 and noticed a few days after there was only roughly $450 in my rooli account I was informed about a chargeback through email with 4 transaction dates listed equaling roughly to $250 saying they never received the funds.

When checking my bank statement it’s clear the listed funds did get taken from my account. I thought it would have been a quick fix since it’s clear as day the transaction was approved on both ends evidently since it’s been roughly a YEAR since the listed transactions occurred.

I had to send A WHOLE YEAR of bank statements which is so extremely sketchy in itself. Even with this it’s been 17 days and the best I’ve heard is “yeah we’re right here’s $250 in fake casino balance”

The sad thing is previously I’ve had a great experience with rooli spending thousands and withdrawing thousands. It’s just such a shame their support and internal processes are so bad.
