SMSTS Training review.
Just completed a five day site management safety training and found it very valuable for improving my understanding of construction , health and safety management. The trainer delivered points and engaged though out the course. Silvian made discussion easy and used real working examples. I know this will help with my confidence and ability to carry out my role to a higherstandard.

Course was projected very well by the course supervisor . The Test itself i found to be good however CITB i feel are putting added pressure on us with a certain time limit . I was on my last question with a minute to go . Which i feel is unjust . I answered the multiple questions in good time but i feel more time should be allowed for written answers.

The trainer was really good at showing us the details on why manual handling is so important
The trainer was really good at explaining the course in detail, and was always asking us questions about the steps for manual handling, the course ran really well and was in great detail
