kniga.lv Omdömen

My daughter is a huge fan of colouring books and said the only thing she wants for Christmas is a certain one that she saw on TikTok. After much hunting online I found it on here, it wasn’t cheap and the idea of ordering such an expensive item from an unknown foreign website was a little daunting but I took the plunge and ordered it.
I was updated every step of the way, ordering, shipping, arrival in UK and delivery via UPS. It took 12 days to get from Latvia via Poland, Germany and finally to me in the UK. Trust worthy website and company. Buy with confidence. Thanks 🙏🏻

Загадочная раскраска по мотивам «Сейлор Мун» просто потрясающая! Я получила её 12 октября, и могу только похвалить скорость доставки. Сама книга просто восхитительна.

I was looking for a specific book, and Russian books (especially newer titles) are pretty hard to come by in my country. Kniga.lv popped up on Google, so I decided to look, though I tend to be skeptical of web shops I haven't used before. I decided to give it a go and my experience was excellent!
There is a large variety of genres and the website is easy to navigate. All books I ordered were in stock, but I still hadn't expected the delivery to be so quick (1 week). You receive an order confirmation immediately and are frequently updated on the delivery time. My order arrived today and all books are in great condition. I think this will be my go-to for Russian books now! :)

I am very impressed with their customer service and high level of politeness and courtesy while interacting with the clients (in my case, via email). I used their online form to find me some books that are long out of print and literally impossible to find. They found 3 of them in the second-hand market and shipped them to me to London (all 3 books were in pristine condition, absolutely brand new, despite being second-hand, lovingly packed in few layers of bubble wrap to avoid any scratches or damages). The shipment took shorter time than expected and FedEx delivery person provided me with exact time slot on delivery date (by sms).

I would like to thank the entire team once again (and Julia in particular) and I highly recommend their website and will use them again! Reliable shipment to the UK.

Excellent Russian bookstore in Latvia. They have a huge collection and deliver the books perfectly wrapped on your doorstep. I ordered over 50 euro of books, so delivery was free. I am very pleased with this store and I will certainly revisit it again!

I ordered a shipment of some books from them. It never arrived and I contacted them several times. After they realized that FedEx probably wouldn't deliver the shipment to me, they decided to pass the problem on to me to deal with FedEx alone. I still haven't received my books and my communication with them has been terminated. I will never order from them again. Have no idea who wrote all this super positive reviews. I would like to add that this business blocks people on their social networks if he tries to contact them there.

Grote assortiment, goede prijs, snel leveren, perfect verpakking!

Very good. Fast free postage, responsive, nothing missing. Will deffo buy again

Easy transaction, free delivery on a big order, very professionally packed, fast response, in every sense a pleasure to deal with

A lot of books for all ages and interests. Excellent service. Books are always good packed. Fast delivery. I recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! Lovely bookstore, great selection of books, reasonable prices. When/if there is a problem, it gets resolved very quickly and with a sincere apology. I am very happy to find this bookstore online as now it's got so difficult to find books in my native language. Thank you very much !

Awesome book store, good prices, quick and carefully delivery, good communication, small presents in every parcel. There's only one drawback: the books on this web-site sell out very quickly.

The best online shop to buy russian books in Europe and UK. Very wide range of book choice. Using it for several years now. All parcels are packed very carefully and books arrive in pristine condition. Delivery takes about 5-7 days to UK.
Customer service is always very helpful and sorting out all problems within very short time.
