I’m absolutely delighted! 🤩
Mnogoknig is a real find for me! I had been looking for a reliable online bookstore where I could buy books in Russian and have them delivered to the UK.
My books arrived a whole week earlier than the estimated delivery date. I was also very pleased with the free delivery on orders over £60. The books were packed really well, and you can tell that everything was prepared and sent with great care and attention to detail.
Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be ordering from you again. Wishing you success and lots of happy customers!

Excellent experience with this book store, delivered very fast.

Very fast delivery to UK of all my ordered books from mnogoknig. Great choice and good prices and free delivery from 60 pounds onwards. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience!

Placed my order on July 7th and received it in Poland today on July 9th!!!! I'm very impressed by this service, very good quality of the books.

Will definitely place more orders soon, thank you so much!

Disappointing experience. I made an order, but never received my books.
It took this company more than 2 months to figure out that they don't have the books and had to write so many times.
They don't reply to the emails. Customer service is terrible.

I made an order on 2nd April and got my books already at 8th April. So I can say only positive thing about the shop. Meanwhile I read all these negative reviews and was prepared if I was scammed. But I wasn’t.
I am satisfied and will definitely order something again.

Ļoti ātra piegāde, viss super!

Geweldige online (en gewone) boekwinkel in Riga, Letland. Enorme collectie Russische boeken.

What an amazing service🤩placed my order and received it on time. Such a great service from mnogoknig.com -thank you❤️

They messed up with my order, provided working stockers . They have refunded straight away, however , they have not offered to send me the correct sticker pack , as I would wish to get a replacement and not refund
The other thing that I would like to bring up is that they do treat their clients differently , as I am looking at the stories and seeing other clients receiving lots of presents and I have not received even a single one

Good experience! I have received my order in time, it was è present for my friend. Good price for the books, the personal was very kind, responded very fast for the mail, and russian speakers! Thank you!

I made an order and waited for 2 months, but books never arrived. Horrible service.
Another time I ordered board games with one price when they arrived the shop asked triple price for these board games. What’s the problem with this shop?

I am happy with my delivery. It's take's longer then I thought but I got email from them when my delivery will be later and put for me small lovely present for waiting😊.Books was good and safe packing.

I’ve ordered a game for a game night with friends. 6 days has passed - the order wasn’t even shipped.
I’ve sent an email a couple of days ago - no answer.
I called them - 10 mins on the call line calling abroad waiting for someone to answer, no answer.
The game is marked as “in stock” on their website and cost decent money.

Nice choice of books, fast delivery and no issues. Chose items that were in stock.
Prices are a bit high. But maybe they make some offers from time to time.
Still very good experience.

I've used online store Mnogoknig in UK for about 3 years. Very good experience, good variety of children's books, great customer service, books are packed well, free delivery for orders over £50. Sometimes you have to wait but it's understandable as books have long journey through many countries. The only wish is to refine the website as books disappeare from your cart if you don't check out promptly. If you didn't place the order straight away, after half an hour you have to start shopping again, looking for books you wanted to buy again and again. Sometimes I forget what I added before or can't find a book anymore as don't remember the name or author. It's a bit annoying. Also would be great to have an option to save books in favourites

Worse experience ever.
Waiting time more than 2 months.
Communication are rude ,not supportive .
Easy to cancel order than resolve a problem.

Never received my order. It took this company almost a month to figure out they don't have the books I ordered. Customer service was rude and helpless.

I was very happy to get my book home-delivered to Sweden in just five working days. You are doing a great job, guys! Thank you so much!
