Terrible Support
Amazing products, trusted brand, however their shipping logistics and product support are hands down terrible. Never order directly on their site, use a 3rd party like Amazon if you want to actually receive your products. Their support contact info on their site is not accurate and when you do contact support it seems they lack training and are a group of teenagers doing their “best” aka not helpful at all.

20 year customer
Just replaced my filter in my 2019
Eco boost premium Mustang. Have had the same filter in my hemi Grand Cherokee. The Mustang runs much smoother and is much more responsive. The lifelong filter has worked for me for over 20 years, well worth the investment.

If you hate yourself
If you hate yourself, and want to make your life more miserable buy their cold air intake products and weep as you find out that they neglected to include an EO decal required by law to accompany your air intake product, in order to get your vehicle smog checked. And then rip your hair out in pure frustration as you find out their customer service hotline is just a dead end loop leading to the same message robot with options extension number that don’t even work. Complete nightmare.

I recently purchased a K&N cold air…
I recently purchased a K&N cold air intake for my 2006 350z. The installation was easy and quick. Unlike many other after market parts, this cold air intake fit without any addition modifications. It was simply a bolt on and go fitment was perfect and it looks awesome.

The go-to brand for air filters
My 5th purchase from K&N. This is the only brand I use for air filters. Easy to find the correct filter on their website and delivery was very quick. As always the filter itself was high quality and easy to fit.
