A terrible company to deal with. Ordered a product they took my money never shipped the item. I emailed to cancel the order no response. waited several days call into customer service. Waited more than an hour on the phone.

Ordered an item that I thought it was coming as a pair but it didn't . I returned the item unopened immediately , the company received it back and they have not issued my refund . I will be most likely have to dispute and go the hard way. Avoid by all means .

0-60 times are approx 1+ longer than standard. Hoping for faster. Parts missing from package. Do I have to clutter my garage with this junk. Nope. To the junk yard.
Called Customer service. They didn’t seem to know the theory behind cold air intakes.

Have always fitted a K&N to all my cars I recently bought a Nissan Micra 2012 and was averaging 53mpg now with the K&N fitted I'm averaging 63mpg on a run FANTASTIC I am barely touching the throttle now in 5th Gear Tickover now at 800RPM ( down from 1000) can't recommend it enough

They shipped me an intake system for my truck without a MAF adaptor. I contacted them as soon as I noticed and found their customer service center to be closed. Customer service has been short, borderline rude, and not very helpful or understanding of the urgency of the situation. I have to continue to call them to drive any progress. I sent an email Tuesday 3/21, received a vague email without any confirmation of any kind on what they sent on Thursday 3/22, and without any explanation or apology. I've yet to receive an apology. They said they'd overnight the part on Wednesday morning, and I've called several times since then for an ETA and the part has yet to ship as of 1:43 PM EST on 3/23/23. I would not order from this company again. They screwed up the order in the first place and then follow through on resolution has been poor at best.

I was going to buy a K&N air filter for my Mercedes CL500 but I tried calling their UK customer support (during business hours ) and it was closed. After further investigation and learning that the company has 62% 1 star ratings - I decided instead to "run" and have never looked back.

Well, my Truck was not smooth until it warms up in winter my guy told me K&N would be helpful since I am into pool cleaning services sometimes I never have 10 Min to warmup but successfully after new filters, i feel the difference.

Worst experience ever!! The customer service staff are extremely poor trained. I wanted a cold air intake for my 2013 mini. I called and had the staff confirm that I was ordering the right part which matched their yr make model search on website. They were to send but it never came, after 10 days I called they said it was in their warehouse. The said would send next day, but I asked asked again to confirm the part, told me I originally ordered wrong intake, ( they show 2 intakes for this model. He said he was sure and we changed order and new part came. Does not fit, I hope someone at k and n reads this because I’m going to be very mad when I call them back Monday.

Amazing customer service. The guy who helped me was very nice and helped me get the part i was looking for. He also told me it was completely under warranty and i didnt have to pay a dime. I was unaware of that and ready to pay for it. Also shipped out and was delivered super quick.

Ordered a Cold Air Intake system from these guys and they send me an incomplete set of parts in the box! Then I ask for a discount or something for the hassle and the waste of my time and I get told no! Never shopping here ever again!

Terrible co to deal with, Extremely controlling misleading and the filters are just crap the only thing that really sells them is the branding You’re better off with a paper filter and replacing it every couple of years

This is a review I submitted to THEIR website and was immediately "Moderated" and removed. K&N is manipulating their reviews to seem like they never get a bad review. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

Payed for 2 day shipping did not receive it on time, called to cancel got hung up on twice. Called back a third time they said they would cancel. One week later it shows up on my door step with the charge still on my card. Terrible customer service. Decided to keep it, then come to find out it's not even the one I originally ordered. I ordered the chrome accented filter and got the cheap plastic one. On top of all that the air box is a joke. It doesn't come anywhere near a tight fit. Be prepared to have a ton of heat soak if you do not seal it off with high temp foam. I will NEVER buy a K&N product again, which is a shame considering I've been a customer since I was 15 years old.

Scamming people for fifty years more like it. Can't believe they are allowed to lie people about hp gains. And not have to disclose about the massive amount dirt allowed through all their filters! This is a known thing. Completely true and known by the company!

This is a multi-million dollar company but they hire cheap customer service personnel, very poor customer service. Try calling them personally, that way you'll experience their 3rd-world class service.

I've had K&N filters in all my bikes and vehicles for a couple of decades. The fuel mileage increase was always there. The power increase was always evident in the bikes and a couple trucks. I just read a single star review and was surprised on his poor review until I read other reviews by him. He hates everything and gives poor reviews to all products and services. Great job K&N!

We ordered a K&N air filter for customers' Chevy Silverado, website showed it was in-stock at $69.00. We rec'd an email within an hour of order saying it was out of stock and no estimate of when back in stock. So we ATTEMPTED to cancel order, customer said he'ld get one on Amazon. K&N said order couldn't be cancelled and we'ld have to return product...???

Add insult to injury, Amazon ordered K&N filter was $48.00 and YES we did rec'd original filter weeks later. We returned it with a K&N return authorization and we are still waiting for a refund from these clowns 30+ days later.

Advice: Shop around and DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM K&N - their customer service is WORTHLESS!

I ordered a K&N furnace filter on 2-4-22 at 9:30 a.m. and it arrived on 2-5-22 at 10 a.m., in Connecticut via FEDEX. Very fast delivery.

Nothing like catalogs photos.
They even reduce internal bore from 90mm on car to 75mm on the cheep elbow provided with the kit. In the 2nd generation. Suppled with Ru-4630 £44 on carports 4 Less ? not the Cu-4630 in the photo’s
Plus a big leaflet stating do not return to the store / contact CS. Just to get abuse and told I have to return it to the store. That won’t accept returns. £300+ for a poor quality system. So £250 for a few clips and peace of steel and some stickers. Avoid like the plague.

Purchased a filter on-line from a 'stockist', arrived without the frame to secure in the filter housing. Supplier didn't have another in stock, so contacted K&N UK by email explaining the issue and if I could buy the frame alone.

Response within minutes with offer to provide required frame without charge, even though it was not their problem. Arrived within 48 hrs of being informed; great service.

Product....have always fitted to EFI vehicles, especially if planning a re-map...6 bikes, 2 vans and 3 cars !
