I followed it up on the 18th November 2025

Nothing has been heard from you since. Almost 6 [six] weeks have passed since my order was placed. This is completely unacceptable.

I now wish to cancel my oder and demand a full refund.

Please process the refund IMMEDIATELY onto the card I used to pay for it with, AND provide me with written evidence that the refund has been processed by return email.

I look forward to your urgent confirmation by return email.

Long delays, poor quality product, I overpaid and feel totally scammed by the device I received compared to the product I ordered

DO NOT BUY from this company. The product ordered was not the product that was eventually delivered. It was a cheap imitation. I thought I was buying a. Cleanova glide M7. What I received was a totally inferior cheap rip-off that does not do the job. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM.

This company's product cannot be trusted. After a long delay and well beyond the date of delivery promised, I received the item.

I ordered a digital photo frame which was advertised by a reviewer as one of the top digital photo frames. What a joke!
They called it Frameora Wifi digital frame.

When I complained about the VPhoto software that was being used it was really bad. To comply that I returned the ordered item, they asked that I videoed the whole process on how it was used, I thought it must be a joke. They also use the "Frameora" to make us customers think that their product is Frameo software-based, which is not the case. Frameo is a well-known Danish software company known for being used in many digital photo frames. I found out later it it was Vphoto (Not recommended. Google this to find out why). Incidentally I also found out it is also linked to a Hong Kong company (Australian?)

Ordered a digital notebook and paid over $250. What I received was a paper notebook.
Nothing electronic or digital. Although it did come with a charger!

Terrible service and got something different to what I ordered. Absolutely a scam. And I got done a doozy. I would NOT recommend this site for anything. Terrible experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was scammed by this company. No product was ever delivered and the company continued to say the item was on its way. DO NOT USE!!!!

If i could leave a zero star review, I would.
I made an order.
Requested a cancellation less than 24 hours after purchase.
Recieved a response more than 24 hours after my request, stating it was already in their automatic system, for dispatch.
I then requested my tracking information.
An additional 24 hours past, and THEN received tracking number.
A week went by, tracked my order, it still hadnt been dispatched.
I sent another email, received a response Two days after this, advising that they are having issues - all seemed very coincidental.
I waited another 2 days, checked tracking number again, which still stated "preparing shipment"

In several emails I asked for return information so I could send the product back the same day it was delivered and every time... they have ignored the request with their general spiel of crap.

I am now going to ombudsman and consumer affairs with their emails, information on their site, and breach of consumer laws.

Its been two weeks since the day of purchase, same generic responses, money was taken out of my account and ZERO shipment information apart from a tracking number that is still stating "preparing shippment"

MAJOR SCAM

I too fell for the vacuum cleaner scam. Received the same response like everyone else saying the product I received is as the same quality as I what I ordered. They won't refund me either, but only if I have issues with the vacuum I have received. I thought the recommendation for this product was genuine and that's why I ordered it. I wish I had read these comments prior to purchasing this product. They did finally respond to my complaint, but again, won't let me return it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They got me for $150.
Gutless act at best of time but registering a domain in Sept to target Christmas shoppers is beyond low

Disgusted waited over a month for the vacuum to be even shipped. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order, had to threaten legal action.light and poor quality product when it finally arrived without any prior notification. Will never buy from them again.

This is a scam, do not fall for it. Reported as scam. Took my money and never sent goods. Fake reasons for delays, then fake tracking details given.

I ordered a product to be delivered to my address in Australia. It is showing as delivered in America and I am receiving no responses to my email.

Klynis is an absolute con. There is no way to contact them and they don't respond to emails. I admit I made a mistake ordering from them but I tried to cancel it within 10 minutes of ordering. They just ignored me and despite sending multiple requests they just kept processing the order. I have to get my bank to intervene to dispute the transaction. Don't deal with them!

I was also conned into ordering a vacuum cleaner recommended by that guy. After my credit card was debited I did not hear anything more. I have emailed x2 to cancel the order as nothing had happened and heard nothing further. Another dud company that advertises everything's perfect but is a con.

I have now received the vacuum cleaner. It has very little suction and is very cheap quality...........I have written to Kylnis saying that the vacuum cleaner is not fit for purpose and I would like to return it but there conditions for return is like throwing good money after bad. But I have learnt my lesson.........never buy from a company that is not in Australia. I will see whether I can get the money back through my credit card.

I originally saw this vacuum on Top choice website in Australia.🇦🇺 The person recommending was David Brown . I thought it was a reputable website that recommended appliances , I saw this was recommended by them . Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store Klynis at all . They don’t respond or never even shipped the vacuum and have rang my bank to tell them of this transaction and will definitely get my refund back as klynis hasn’t responded regarding my refund request. Please please avoid this site and also Top choice as they were only talking about one only vacuum and when you click on the other recommend vacuums it only took you to the klynis website not the other x5 vacuums they were so called recommending..They also say it was only in Australia, which is an utter lie . Avoid at all costs .

Ordered a stick vacuum. Flimsy, doesn't pick up dirt. Small canister, short battery power. Disgusting, overpriced rubbish.

The website claims a Trustpilot review score of 4.7/5 which contradicts this site.

The website itself is only 2 months old and shows the products as being featured in The Guardian, The Telegraph and BBC but a google search shows no results.

I'm awaiting a vacuum delivery but not holding much hope as it's been stuck in transit and they haven't got back to me.

After reading these reviews, I feel if I do get it, I may not get what I paid for.

Ordered an Aerosweep s12 Pro vacuum cleaner and received a non-branded HB-801 vacuum, which is a completely different product. After going back and forth with Klynis, they now try to tell me the inferior product delivered is the same as ordered! Currently seeking refund or correct product delivery but looks bad to date. After a further week of “discussion” with Klynis they have now offered a 30% discount to keep the original product. I don’t want it and am now returning it to China. My anti virus software now also warns me about their website. Beware.
