I bought one of the Dyson knock-off hair dryers for my wife for Xmas from this crew. I had googled the subject and was taken to Kynis’s absolute bogus “consumer testing” website. It was all as good as or better than the Dyson they claimed, as les than 1/2 the cost. I googled the company and there was only the Melbourne address they claimed to keep, nothing else. Turns out it’s a random address. When I eventually looked it up after the trouble started I saw that it was an address of a medical building in Melbourne somewhere.
After I ordered it I discovered more when the tracking said it was leaving from China by a big surprise.
I stated emailing them then with concerns. I recieved a very cordial well written but anonymous and unsigned
reply with all assurances and apologies. It eventually arrived after maybe 3 weeks with a finger sized hole straight through the packing and the box. I opened it to find the device was not wired for Australian power outlets, and they had enclosed the cheapest flimsiest power plug adapter. I tried it and it took trying it in about 10 of our power outlets for it to start…it actually caused sparks to shoot out when I put it into the outlet! Again all the apologies in the world, but yet no offer to help. As xmas was approaching I madly went out and bought a proper sturdy plug adapter. This one eventually worked but has been inconsistent. I then told them that I at least wnated a refund for my trouble which they offered 20$ (for the plug)..I waited 2 weeks and nothing, when I enquired, agaian all apologies and assurances, but said their PayPal was giving them torugblt and they would send an EFT. This was like a month ago. As of now, we have an email thread that’s is maybe 50 emails long, each of theirs always anonymous and unsigned, with all excuses and assurances, I know now (and should have known from the start) that they are just spitting out AI garbage as the replies. That have always claimed to have a “team” here in Australia dealing with issues, but refuse to reach out. The whole thing is utter BS. They have no intention to give customer service, only false confidence that they are out there ready to help.The AI they use is always perfectly worded and covers every detail of the issue, but nothing happens…I am an educated and patient person and it fooled me for the first 2-3 weeks of the exchange. I stuck with it as it was an important time sensitive Xmas gift These people need to be banned from trading in Australia. Absolutely the worst liars..but wait it’s the AI thats lying!!!???

Goods took 2 months to arrive and are defective. This was an expensive led face mask so expected a decent product. Emailed the company to say it was not working and Received a reply saying sorry its been 30 days we cant exchange or replace.

I ordered 2 digital photo frames from Klynis in early December. They were supposed to arrive before Christmas but did not. They then claimed there was some technical issue with processing my order and subsequently cancelled the order all together. They then claimed that there was a technical problem paying the money back through Paypal and wanted bank details that I refused to give them. Not sure what'll happen next. I suspect I've done my money. Do not touch them. I've given them 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars.

Unable to get replacement HEPA filters for cleanova glide smart M7 robotic vacuum cleaner.
I think that Cleanova never made a M7 but a W7.
Have contacted Klynis 4 times and told different story each time.
Don't buy anything through them.

I bought a stick vacuum which had been reviewed in what I have since discovered was a fake Choice account. It is rubbish. Contacted Klynis immediately. Eventually was offered a partial refund. Since then I have been fobbed off with claims they are having processing issues with PayPal and they keep asking for my bank details - an absolute NO! Don’t be scammed by them. Be very aware of how dishonest this company is.

Absolute scam. Do not purchase from them. I have never recieved my product. They blame couriers and never issue a refund after continual hounding. Never use them.

Reviews for this product require a no star option. The stick vacuum cleaner eventually arrived and I could not believe how cheap and dinky it is. It cost about $389 and is going in the wheely bin tomorrow along with the cheesy manicure set it came with. Complete waste of money. Avoid Klynis like the plague.

Zero response after investigating the (automatically generated) "tracking number" had never actually been registered with any courier. They just automatically give you tracking info to generate time for extended deliveries. That's fine, just inform the customer there's a back order.
Zero response through company until I raised a concern with PayPal.

Received a cheap replacement vacuum not the AeroSweep S12 Pro cordless vacuum. this companies entire website is a scam, their choice, danish engineered, tech. consultant does not exist, price of vacuum supplied is $138 AU. by other companies. Why PayPal continue to offer to handle our finances to this company after warnings from me defies logic. So do not use PayPal if you think they will protect you because they don't.
Why the Govt. and the Departments like Fair Trading do not ban this company and stop their imports is another mystery. Klynis was originally registered in Australia and once again this Hong Kong company selling Chinese items is still pretending to operate in Australia, let down again by Australian company rules!!
Deal with genuine Australian companies, just phone them first to see it is located here, Read all reviews first and foremost before you even consider placing an order.
Australia is now a dumping ground for Chinese traders and this weak goverment do nothing to protect its citizens, so trade at home, it may cost a bit more but it saves you major headaches. Trevor

The Aerosweep vacuum could have been made by Mattel better. It’s an unbranded piece of crap. Communication is terrible and I wish I’d had researched the product more. They offered a 50% refund but then rejected their offer. Will be taking it further with my bank.

Didn’t get a vacuum - some unbranded rubbish for floors. Do NOT buy from them - over 6 weeks to receive a substituted and incorrect item.

I brought the AeroSweep S12 Pro – Ultra-Light Cordless Vacuum. It took over a month to arrive
To say the quality is rubbish is an understatement. Feels like a toy, charge hardly lasts 10mins. Only picks up the lightest dust, won't vacuum a mat.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Think I was scammed from the link I clicked for best vacuum.

I bought a stick vacuum from this company.
I was not sent the one I ordered, also the one sent was useless.
Threw it in the bin, after seeing how poorly it worked.
Consider leson learnt.

Giving the cordless vacuum 1 star is way over rated as it’s totally useless. Does not suck up anything on either hard floors and definitely does not work on carpet. The company initially offered a 20% discount then up it to 35% then agreed to 50% refund but then told me they couldn’t process the refund to my PayPal account. Contacted PayPal to advise this is a scam but to no avail. Now kylnis won’t respond to any of my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS ITS NOT AS ADVERTISED

I've just purchased the Stick Vacuum cleaner HB-801 which only cleans tiled/timber floors - isn't capable of using on carpeted areas. Comes with 2 soft pads to attach for smooth floors.
I realise after finding these reviews that there are lots of us that have been scammed by this company & sold an inferior/cheap useless product.
I'm reporting this company to our Australian authorities as this is totally false advertising.

Less than 1 🌟. Ordered robovac at lunchtime, after worrying about it overnight cancelled in the morning next day after realising it was a scam. Requested refund straight away and didn't get a response for 3 days at which time they advised it had already been shipped. It had not! Paypal showed not yet shipped. Dispute raised with PayPal as they use a fake website to direct to their product. Still awaiting outcome as they have advised they will refund once item.is returned, however shipping costs are ridiculous

I ordered a Robo Vac online and was offered a $150 gift card and a $45 mystery gift. When it arrived the Gift card was for $100 and my free gift was a manicure set. In less than 2 weeks, the front wheel fell off. I tried to re attach it but it just kept falling off. The robot kept bumping into furniture hard as if it could not see it and "got lost" when returning to the base. Our house is not that big!
When I advised them by email about the wheel falling off they wanted photo's and video's which I sent straight away. They offered me a refund of 30% and keep it or return it at my expense for a full refund. Postage would have been $85.00. Communication via email was one response per day, making a resolution timely.

It’s a scam website. Cancelled the order immediately after I realised it was a scam. AMEX assisted in charge dispute and grateful for that. Amount charge refunded full.

Please do yourself a favour and do not buy from this company. The stick vacuum cleaner I purchased is complete rubbish, like something you would pick up for $20 at a reject shop. Poor quality and cheap and flimsy. I wish I could have left a review on their website to warn people before they buy but no option to review (I now know why). Hopefully customers will read these reviews first and avoid my mistake. If I could give them a rating of 0 I would. Complete scam.

I purchased their stick vacuum that arrived with unbranded packaging and no verifiable Australian compliance or registration. When I raised concerns about whether the product was registered and compliant with Australian requirements (including EESS/RCM obligations), the seller provided vague assurances but no evidence of registration or traceability.
They are now failing to refund in full.
