Scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a product for $230 AUD and it has been over a month and the tracking number says the package is still in Shenzhen China!

Product smelt like melting plastic, they state they only ship in Australia. To get your money back after you purchase and initiate a return you have to send it to China for a full refund. Extremely misleading website, Product is very poor and cheaply made compared to other stick vacumes in the same category. Don't waste your time or money even the gift card they say you get can only be used within their website. Buy from an Australian retailer.

Absolute scam! The vacuum cleaner received is an inferior piece of junk - certainly not what I ordered. I wish I’d done more research before I paid good money to these people. Avoid - do not buy anything from them. The rating should be zero!

Please steer clear of this company .They promise the vacuum is going to work on all surfaces , not true . I did receive a $50 refund, should have returned the product..Quality did not live up to what was advertised.

Complete and total scam, do not purchase anything from this website. I just payed $380 for what was supposed to be an electronic note book and I received a 2026 diary and a manicure set.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT ORDER FROM KLYNIS! If I could rate it zero I would. Initially you won’t receive an email confirmation, then you’ll be told they have your order, but there’s an issue with communication with the courier.
Then it’s a logistics issue and they won’t tell you who the courier is to enable you investigate yourself. It’s a completely fake business, so not buy from them!!

It's a scam. They setup fake review sites that direct readers to their products. You may eventually get your goods but they're super cheap quality and not the specs stated. Says it's in your country but they're in Hong Kong.

Massive scam - known as a 'drop-shipping' method.

DO NOT ORDER and if you do, may sure you pay with a credit card so you can initiate a dispute. Their Terms of Service and Terms and Conditions are contradictory, stating it will be charged in GBP rather than AUD which helps with a claim.

Trying to cancel is impossible, and the device is 'processing' on their shipping system.

AMEX were great with the dispute, don't let them get away with it.

AI can be very helpful in detecting scam websites, so make sure you check first.

Purchased several products from Klynis Australia during Black Friday sales 2025.

The sale at the time, for the items I purchased, included ‘2 gift cards of $150 value + 2 mystery gifts valued at $45 each’. Yep, that’s right, 2 of each! I even clarified this via email and received this response in writing.

Coupled with a 20% Black Friday discount, this made for some very attractive reasons to purchase a few products that I initially had no plans to purchase.

After the first purchase, I received via email, a discount code for $150. Great, I used that without any problems. On purchasing my second item, I again received an an email but this time it said I had to log in to find my discount code online. Well, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed the company, who over several emails, continued to repeat the same information, ignoring the fact I had stated I could not locate it, even providing screenshot pictures to support my claim I could not locate it.

Finally, I am emailed a code and I can use the code towards my 3rd purchase. That purchase generates another credit voucher and by this time there is one thing left I am interested in buying. Same issue though - no code to be found when I log in, same email pattern of fobbing me off by repeating that I have to “find” it online, and when they finally relent and send me a code, it’s for the previously purchased item and has been used so of course, it won’t work. I emailed about 6 times and was just ignored. Time passes, sale ends. Under sale conditions, I would have had to pay a balance of $10 out of my pocket, after both discounts had been applied.

There is no contact number on a Google search, and none on the website.How can I contact them when they are ignoring my emails! Very frustrating!😩

Furthermore, not only did I NOT RECEIVE 2 mystery gifts per purchase as stated, but I also DIDN’T RECEIVE THE SECOND GIFT VOUCHER, and to add further injury, the 3 mystery gifts I did receive from my 3 purchases were all identical. A cheap looking manicure set! It certainly doesn’t look like $45 of value. I’d say more like $15 at most, and that’s being generous! So now I have 3 manicure sets!

Like seriously! WTF - they could have had a few other mystery gifts and ensured that where there were multiple orders, a different gift accompanied each purchase!

So, the fact that they are not answering my email, don’t have a phone number listed and have failed to deliver 2 mystery gifts per purchase along with 2 credit vouchers, as stated in writing; suggests, at least, poor attention to detail. At worst it suggests a dishonest company, posting false narrative trying to hook in unsuspecting customers.. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I would give it a no star score if I could. Absolute SCAM! Do not buy from this vendor. Ordered a telescope and received a different one (which isn't even a product they sell on their website!).

I ordered an Aerosweep s12 Pro stick vacuum mid November 2025. I endeavoured to check reviews for this item prior to purchase - couldn't find any (red flag) and then stumbled across website 'FirstChoice' which appeared to be legit - Australian website indicating that the Aerosweep s12 was rated in the top 4 stick vacuums along with Dyson v15 Detect. Obviously that website was set up by the seller or associates. A few days after purchase I contacted the seller to cancel my order. The seller replied in a timely manner asking why I wanted to cancel - I replied stating that it was "not what I was looking for". He replied back stating that he was unable to cancel the order because it had already progressed in the system and couldn't be changed/reversed. According to the courier website it had not been dispatched or processed at that time. Their website indicates that a return is possible with the purchaser to pay the return freight costs. I decided to wait until I received my item which arrived 5 weeks later. It is not the item advertised - instead a cheap, totally inferior item (HB-801) was sent, totally different to the advertised images. The box was small and damaged when arrived. I paid AUD$275 - wouldn't pay $20 for it! It is a heap of rubbish. I pride myself on being scam savvy and check as many details as I can (including URL, IP, scam watch, reviews, TikTok etc) - unfortunately I hadn't checked Trustpilot and fell for this one. As the seller is based in China, it is difficult to take action in Australia through our authorities, ACCC etc. This person/organisation has received a lot of money through scamming people - how can this be allowed to continue???????
Are there any tech savvy people out there who can alert people to this organisation before they commit to purchase?

Ordered an AeroSweep s12. Got an unbranded piece of crap that does not do multiple surfaces. Hard surface only. Don't believe what they state.

I ordered what looked to be an excellent vacuum cleaner. Something else all together arrived that does not work, is not the same brand - after waiting 6 weeks!! DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THESE GUYS. I now have an offer of 15% money back. I can't even use this shitty thing.

I purchased two branded Bluetooth record players. Instead I received one low quality unbranded one. I believe I have been essentially scammed.

ordered aerosweep s12 pro which i received but you cant mover it on carpet. i put in complaint with kylnis but they said i had to pay for freight back to hong kong at my cost $80 . I provided video evidence that we cant use it on carpet. It sticks to the carpet and cant slide it at all. Klynis said that it works. Bottom line do not deal with Klynis

I ordered and paid for this product and cancelled the order within five minutes via email and the company’s contact form. I sent multiple follow-up emails and attempted to contact customer support repeatedly over the next 24 hours.

The website states that customers will be contacted within 6–12 hours; however, I did not receive any response until more than 24 hours later, and only after I was notified that the item had been shipped. When the company finally responded, instead of processing the cancellation, they asked why I wanted to cancel. I was then advised that a refund or cancellation could not be arranged due to shipment.

This demonstrates poor communication and customer service. In addition, the reviews displayed appear to be company-generated marketing content rather than independent customer reviews, making them biased. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

SCAM! Ordered a vacuum as based on a google search of "CHOICE stick vacuum" unknowingly google took me to topchoice australia - not choice.
The quality is poor, not even worth $1. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is my order Summary,2 of everything, it was a buy 1 get one free deal. Only 1 mask and 1 Gift arrived. They refuse to offer any more of this order. It sounds good to start, they answer promptly, until there is an issue. The mask certainly did not have the lighting as described in the original post . Avoid. Order summary
