Already stated on a different review platform our poor experience with this firm. Slow, lack of communication, had to chase the paralegal up on many occasions, no solicitor to actually speak to, too many case handlers initially, time wasted by paralegal on some of the information required to be obtained, many negatives throughout. Tried to put our dissatisfaction forward by following complaints procedure, never got to speak to anyone about this. The only positive thing was the conclusion some 5 months later. Wouldnt recommend or use ever again. I do wonder at so many positive reviews ..... the solicitor acting for us on another property even had to intervene and found them lacking in professional etiquette ... says something!

A big big thank you to KJD Law for helping me throughout my house sale and especially Melissa Aitken who really looked after me keeping me informed on not just what to do but regular updates on how things were progressing. It was my 1st house sale and she really put me at ease with the whole situation. I would highly recommend this company for your house sale especially if Melissa was involved
