A huge thank you to Peter, Vicky and Caitlin for completing on the Sale of my property in under 11 weeks (I'm of the understanding that 18 weeks is the UK average, BTW).

I asked for a fair but competitive fixed fee and this didn't spiral at all.

Very professional yet personable and all of my queries were responded to in rapid time which you don't get from a large law firm talking with somebody different each time. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no such thing as a stupid question!

Absolutely will not hesitate to use CPL again when the time comes - and I'm not an easy man to please.

She was available when emailed or called and always was on hand to give honest, frank and detailed explanations and updates to ensure a smooth and quick completion.
