I wanted some items from a limited time pop up inside Shibuya 109. They made the whole process so seamless, smooth and easy! It was my first time using a proxy service and it was great. Pricing was presented up front (and very reasonable!) They picked up the items the very next day and within a couple days they were packaged and shipped over to me! I wanted a pair of earring that were only sold at the shop's offline store in Tokyo (although I wasn't certain if the product was in stock—just told them what I knew). They were very helpful, assisting with calling to check.

I visited Japan and purchased some custom jeans from the Levi store. They said it would take a few days until I could pick it up but I had to fly back home before then. I reached out to Sam and they responded very quickly. They picked up my item and shipped it to me and it arrived within 3-4 days!

They were very polite and supportive. They emailed to the company (No ID) when the items had not arrived locally and after it arrived, they kindly checked if the clothes were in good condition (received pictures).
