Just recently purchased the KP Bergen for my PJNCO cadre was gleaming could never go back to issued now 🤣

Popped into the shop to see Jay with a mate of mine who was picking up some new ally belt kit. Even tho Jay knew I was not there to make a purchase, the service and hospitality I received was second to none.
What a font of knowledge he provides, happy to answer any questions with (most importantly) no bias what so ever. Brutally honest and up front. If he wouldn't use it or be comfortable with someone deploying on operations with it, Jay won't stock it.
Truly a man of his word, hard to find these days.

Came to Jayson wanting a fresh set up for my Virtus rig & decided on the upgrade kit from Luminae. I popped into the shop and he helped me out massively, organised and showed a range of products and worked greatly with the budget I had.

Later had a bit of a logistics problem completely unrelated to Kitpest, and Jayson has gone above and beyond to ensure brilliant after care and that I’m good to go for upcoming exercise and deployments.

Customer for life and 100% one of the blokes who understands our needs and helps out.

These days, it's easy to feel pressured by military retailers, especially with the growing number of companies just focused on profit. Kit Pest is the first business I have encountered that genuinely prioritises its customers. I felt entirely at ease seeking advice about my setup from their incredibly knowledgeable founder without any pressure to make a purchase, and I secured an amazing deal on exactly what I needed.

The level of customer service I received throughout my purchase was outstanding, with a fantastic selection of niche and limited options, very competitive prices and regular personal updates on the delivery of my kit.

I can't recommend them enough. Save yourself the headache of shopping about at other businesses. We need to start putting those who genuinely want the best for their customers first.

Ordered some pretty Gucci kit, hot off the press from Oz, finding it only on this site and grabbed a few other bit I was needing within less than a 24hr period the team was in contact giving me updates and in two days time my kit was here. No hassle professional vendor of decent kit. Wouldn’t send the lad or lass serving or anyone with a MTP/multicam flavoured hobby a stray. 10/10 will go again once the wife gives me my wallet back.

We all know the Virtus is not a great plate carrier so to make it more effective and 'user friendly', I was considering various upgrading options (mag pouches, admin, dangler, cummerbunds etc) and I was also on the lookout for a better shooters belt. After messaging KitPest on insta, I was expecting a reply, maybe a recommendation if lucky. To my surprise, Jay offered a videocall to discuss and walk me through options and suggestions!

Honest and genuine, he asked me about my role (infantry), what I'm trying to achieve with the kit and -respectfully- budget. He did not push me into anything but rather he was trying to ensure I get what would be fit for purpose (nothing less, nothing more).

Delivery was very fast, even offered to put together some parts of the kit (which I happily accepted) and, true to his character and great customer service, he even followed up to make sure everything I received was in order!

Certainly recommend and will be coming back for more of my army needs 👌🏻🤙🏻

Travelled an hour today to get my mate a shooters belt setup. Danielle was fantastic from start to finish. Talked us through their stock, the differences and her recommendations.

They had difficulties with suppliers leading to stock issues on a couple of items however were willing to disassemble displays to get us what we needed.

At the end of it we had a premium setup and the price was fantastic for what we got.

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. The priority is setting the customer up for what they need, not their own pockets. They happily recommended other alternative stores for different products.

You could not ask for a better store to look after you!

It is a great little store, The Owner is very knowledgeable about the kit he stocks and also a very friendly guy to have a chat with. 5* will be shopping there again.

First visit to the store today and I was very impressed. Went there to buy with something in mind but with Jason’s insightful knowledge I ended buying something different, but super happy with the purchase. Jason is very helpful and I can’t wait to visit again.

Absolutely mega service, rapid delivery ordered kit on a Friday and arrived Saturday afternoon, also had a query about an item I bought that iv not used before so dropped kitpest a messaged on the company what's app Jason called me out of hours and took the time to talk me though it and ensure I was fully satisfied with the product. 10/10 customer service and support .

Excellent experience, could not be happier. Jayson is one kindhearted guy, best customer experience ive ever had. One of the items i purchased online was literally bought in store by somebody at the same time and there were only 2 other options left both in a used state as opposses to brand new. Jayson notified me and video called me to show me the replacement to check if all was ok which it was. He went above and beyond by taking time out to chat to me building a genuine friendly connection and made up for the inconvenience by throwing in a gift free of charge. One could not be happier with this as such great customer service and genuine character is hard to come by these days. This is a positive experience i will remember forever and it will bring me back again. This is the best customer service review i have left as its the best customer service i have recieved.

Best military store out there. Genuinely couldn’t fault anything. They went well above and beyond what was necessary answering bone questions, sorting kit for collection within a day (squared away my bad admin!) The store itself is unreal. I couldn’t recommend kitpest more. I’ll be back for sure and will use it for all future kit purchases

Regularly go into Kit Pest to buy kit and to get advice. You can always guarantee top quality customer service and great advice. Not once has he tried to sell me something I don't need and is always happy to suggest alternative kit that fits a budget.

Unlike other Military clothing stores, Kit Pest himself has a vast array of knowledge and experience with the kit he sells.

I would highly recommend dropping and seeing what he has to offer and don't miss the bargain box, always full of treasure.
