Jayson is an absolute boss at what he does with finding the right kit for the right people.

He’s in this business because he is amazing at what he does. He doesn’t try to fleece anyone and is genuinely there to help. If you just need advice, he’s there. If you need to know the right kit to buy, he will advise you rather than force kit down your neck. He’s not chasing money and is building the reputation he deserves.

Not only will he advise on the right kit to buy, but will point you in the right direction if he doesn’t supply that kit.

An all round top quality business that has the customers best interests at heart!! Top job mate!!!

The quality of the products have certainly gone down hill recently. Lots of cheap websters stuff from companies you’ve never heard of. Wouldn’t waste my time traveling to this.

Just recently ordered a couple of custom Velcro patches in different patterns and the team were very accommodating to what I was requesting. The comms were great throughout and everything was hassle free and no need for a chase up! Jayson is very knowledgeable in his field and can always steer you in the right direction if high end equipment is your thing!

I recently went into KitPest looking for a new bergen , i found the most perfect bergen for me, super well made , spacious and had everything i was looking for . I also have to mention the staff – he was super accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I chose the right bergen for my needs, and clearly knows his products inside out. The customer service was just as impressive as the kit itself.

Had some trouble with some kit and the owner had no hesitation, contacted me straight away and talked me through what I needed to sort out the problem and posted next day.

Had been wanting to pay a visit for a while finally got the chance to go in and get my hands on some kit I’d wanted since seeing it on their instagram. Not only was the knowledge there but instead of upselling to death this bloke knows what he has in store and how to get the best out of it for you. A great experience and can’t wait for my next visit.

Initially sent a message to get abit more info on kit. Received a phone call detailing specific kit, not upselling, just what was needed for my requirements. They in fact pointed me towards cheaper products as they were more suitable for my needs. Took me a few weeks to decide and when I was ready to buy they sorted me with an envelope as a Thankyou. Highly recommend, easy process and extremely helpful, with a wealth of knowledge.
