I heard from a friend about this shop I ordered a 9 m kite and when I got the kites the shipment was really fast incredible fast and the quality of the kite was in really really good shape it was a second hand but I am so happy with it after that I couldn't resist I bought another kite I'm still waiting for it but I've heard that it's going to be in really good shape also it's the best shop I've ever bought it comes fast the service is amazing everybody answers all the questions fast and friendly also the price was really good so I hope you guys continue with this prices or lower and the quality of the service from now on this is going to be my number one shop

Cool shop but be careful if you wanna try out sizes. The returns are not free of charge. Sending back to the Netherlands might be pricy depending from which country you order from. I wasn't aware of it

Please, shop from another store if you don't want to have the same experience with me. Their customer service is so poor, arrogant & rude and their approach was to deceive me as a customer.

On Black Friday the 28th, I added to my shopping cart a kite and bar which were at a discounted price. Because of my european business, I sent an email to their info@ asking if I were eligible to complete the purchase VAT deducted. They replied to me that this is possible and that I had to send them my business info to complete the registration. On Cyber Monday (they communicated an added 10% off everything, which was not actually real, as they had changed their prices) I sent them my business info, reconfirming about the products I wanted to purchase.

The next day (Tuesday) they sent me an order confirmation to complete online payment, with their normal price in it. I sent them an email asking if there was a mistake from their end, only to receive their reply saying "I canceled the order, If you still want to have the kite you can complete the payment of X, Tom"

I was so negatively surprised, never seen something like that before and I shop a lot!
Such a poor customer service, attitude, approach and way of dealing with their perspective customers. This is so evident that not only they don't care, they treat customers as of lower IQ.

This review is 100% real, I have all proof for the above. Whoever reads this, I hope you make better decisions and save your time and energy, by avoiding shopping from them.

Mijn verwachtingen werden vandaag overtroffen!! Voor onze dochter hadden we een prachtige Riptide Blossem besteld. Achteraf had ik ook bijpassende pads moeten bestellen. Toen ik Tom hier ‘s avonds over mailde, werden we verrast met

1) een reactie dezelfde avond .. dat is niet standaard 😉
2) een passende oplossing … te gek! 🥳
3) een persoonlijke touch aan de mail … aankoop via internet is ook peoples business 😊

Delivery took more than a week despite claiming 1-2 days maximum, item came in wrong color and the "free" t-shirt was missing. Email support is responsive but not more than a ship back option.
