Good customer service
I ordered black ceramic kitchen door knobs which are fabulous, only complaint was one was smashed on arrival, there was no bubblewrap in the box so they were able to bang against each other in transit, I got through on the phone very easily and by the next day a new one had arrived, excellent service, would recommend!

Haven't checked the item yet and it didn't arrive in the given time so had to chase and get it delivered another day ....but .....it arrived as I requested and the staff at Kitchenfair were very prompt and pleasant to deal with. Just hope the item is as I order.
