Such lovely quality products. Had an issue with a little leak from a cleaner onto nappies and the customer help team were so kind and helpful to send replacement of relevant items, and requests feedback on how they can package better or find out how the accident happened, very caring and careful.

Great dishwasher products
I've only tried the dishwasher tablets and rinse aid so far but they are absolutely amazing. So pleased with the results. Everything comes out of the dishwasher so clean.

Excessive shipping fees and misleading marketing tactics
The shipping fees are very high, almost the same price as the product itself. I also found the £5 off first order offer misleading. The promotion initially appears to be a straightforward discount, but the terms reveal that it only applies to selected eco products. Furthermore, there is a hidden condition that the discount only applies to orders over £40. These restrictions are displayed in very small text, which leads me to believe that the purpose is to be deceptive.
I would prefer the company to be more upfront about the conditions of the offer from the outset, rather than using tactics that undermine trust and leave me questioning the level of service I can expect as a customer.

Our welcome offer is valid on orders over £40, and this is clearly outlined in the terms and conditions displayed on the sign-up form. The terms are also included in the follow-up email containing the discount code, so customers can review them again before placing an order.
The discount can be used across the full qualifying order and is not limited to specific products, giving new customers the flexibility to explore a wide range of Kit & Kin essentials.
Regarding delivery, we work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while ensuring orders arrive safely and reliably. We also offer free delivery on orders over £40 and on all subscription orders, which many of our customers choose to take advantage of.

Excellent Customer Support received and amazing Products.
I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally my call to Kit & Kin was handled by Carmen Pereira. I needed to alter an order that was made in terms of the size of nappies. Whilst my order had just been dispatched, Carmen explained that she could recall it and send a new order out, which saved me from having to return the unopened smaller size.
I have been using Kit & Kin since the birth of my oldest grandson 3 years ago, and can vouch for ALL of their products 100%. Gentle for the babies and my daughter too, who uses the cleaning products as she has sensitivity to chemicals. Before Kit and Kin came into our lives, she would have physical reactions to other branded products, which affected her breathing and her skin. We are so VERY grateful to the founders and makers of Kit & Kin :)

I love the product
I love the product. My daughter is currently 15 months old and she had rashes and on her belly she had white marks looked like excema but using the cream helped me a lot no more dryness and markes. I love the way it heels all the time. My husband even gave the cream to his friend's baby as his daughter had rashes and it worked on her as well. I am happy that I found this product at the right time when my baby was in desperate need of it.

No 1 nappies for newborns and beyond
I have been using kit and kin nappies since my little one was born and I wouldn’t change brand for anything! I’ve never had to treat my baby for nappy rash once, the absorbency is brilliant, no leaks, cute designs and super soft for newborn skin. Would highly recommend signing up to the subscription as it’s been a god send not having to remember to buy nappies, we’ve never ran out!

Full of cheap chemicals
They claim to be organic and chemical free however, when you read the back of the packet it states the opposite. Very expensive laundry detergent for cheap chemicals.

We carefully formulate our products without any of the harsh chemicals commonly found in conventional cleaning products, including parabens, phosphates, phthalates, optical brighteners, chlorine bleaches, synthetic perfumes, synthetic dyes, PFAS, and many other unnecessary additives.
Our Laundry Liquid is also free from many of the common fragrance allergens found in artificially fragranced products.

Dish washing tablets dreadful
Dish washing tablets dreadful. Worst I’ve ever used in fact only used 3 times and threw rest out. I rinse plates before going in machine and they ended up with a type of grit from the tablets over them and I ended up hand washing half of them. Sadly very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend

Warehouse loses Returns
I've used kit and kin for both of my boys and I think the product is really good although I do wish they'd make a fully recyclable version. They're light weight and good on my babies skin. My main gripe is with their returns process. I've had a couple of instances where my subscription has automatically renewed and I've not updated my babies size. When going through the process of returning, their warehouse has lost my parcel and not automatically refunded 2 times despite labelling the return with my order number to match the return to my account. Just a bit annoying to have to chase this up every time.
