Second order change your delivery service!
Second order. Products are 5* but my experience was awful with the courier this time. There is no option to choose next day delivery with Kit & Kin and it took 5 days to arrive which is okay normally but we were going away on holiday on the 5th day... I received notification it would be arriving when we would be travelling so I used the ap and asked it be delivered to a neighbour instead...
I got a notification later that day it had been delivered with a photo on our doorstep... Needless to say our order was stolen! So no products, lost money and nothing from the courier company when we put in a complaint.
Change to Royal Mail Please and add express delivery or options on the checkout.

Arrived on time and beautifully packaged. The bottles fit well in any room. Both the hand-wash and multi purpose spray work well and smell fresh. The refills will last for ages!

Trial pack quality didn’t match subscription
Update: After posting this review, Kit & Kin got in touch and apologised for the lack of communication. They investigated my concerns and confirmed that there had been a difference between some trial and subscription nappies due to changes in the materials used.
Although it took far longer than it should have to receive a response, Marta, the Head of Customer Experience, has now personally resolved my complaint.
I’m pleased that my concerns were eventually taken seriously and resolved, and I appreciate the effort Marta made to put things right. My initial experience with the customer service was disappointing, but I feel the final resolution was fair and generous.

I rarely leave negative reviews but I’m very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.
I subscribed to Kit & Kin after being really impressed with the quality of the nappies in the trial pack. However, the nappies I received through my subscription felt noticeably thinner and less padded than the trial nappies.
I contacted Kit & Kin to ask whether this was due to a product change or a batch issue, but despite multiple emails, an automated acknowledgement, and leaving a voicemail after my call wasn’t answered, I’ve never received a response.
I’ve now cancelled my subscription. The lack of customer service has been just as disappointing as the product itself.

Best dishwashing tablets out there.
Wanted eco tablets so brought one packet of all the top rated eco brands and did a little head to head to settle on one. Initially chose smol, the close second as cheaper but didn’t realise you had to pay postage on top every delivery which made them similar and they left glasses hazy.
Kit and Kin dropped a sale so immediately brought a years worth. Free delivery came immediately and well packed. Made up with the performance abd and will never change. Great product and company

Product is nice but delivery is expensive
The product itself is quite nice, refillable soap. The delivery options are not great £6 is the cheapest delivery available and thats for Evri which I've not had great experience with.

So glad i have found this brand
So glad i have found this brand, migrating to it from similar (but quite a bit more expensive) British brand. I continue to buy Kit & Kin fab products, in particular Limescale Discaler, laundry liquid, fabric softener, glass and mirror cleaner, dishwashing liquid, and lately i also bought the dishwasher tablets that I use for just quick washes not requiring intense wash for which I use more famous big brands. I also love Kit & Kin all purpose surface cleaner. Different smells, all excellent. As to bathroom, i continue to buy their toilet cleaner, for everyday use, though i use stronger bleaches every so often in between as i find this one not always as strong. Bathroom cleaner is very good in terms of cleaning but leaves residue, so i have not bought refill. Floor cleaner on the other hand, is excellent, and I continue to buy their refills. Service is always excellent, delivery in matter of days. They periodically have discounted offers, in such instance i stock up on all the larger refills. Heartily recommend.

Terrible service
Terrible. Mix up with returning items and they got sent 2 returns (only 1 for them), didn't refund me for their faulty product or send the other item back to me. Ended up paying £60 with nothing to show for it and they just stopped replying to my emails. Will never buy from them again out of principle.

I’m looking for an alternative solution…
I’m looking for an alternative solution to the standard very chemical heavy options we have available in the super market, and while this product smells great, it doesn’t wash out coffee/tea stains in the dishwasher which is rather disappointing as I am having to hand wash them. To be fair to kit and kin, this is a common issue for less chemical heavy products out there. Yet to find smth that works!
