They only deliver excuses (Royal mail lost the parcel during their strikes, i will give you free samples... We don't have the perfume you ordered on stock but we can give you another one that is similar to it. Etc...
I have never received my perfume and when I checked shopify they couldn't even provide a tracking number for the order they supposedly placed....

Never shipped the product, never responded to my emails asking for updates. Waited 14 days then asked my bank to step in. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not order from this company. It’s a scam. They will take your money and you will not receive the product or hear from them again.

Didn’t receive order… did not check reviews before hand which I should have . Asked my bank for my £30 back and received it right away as this company is well known as a scam. Please do not buy from them . I was trying to buy a Zara perfume which was out of stock on there website , will wait next time till back in stock … be aware

My husband ordered perfume devil intrigue 298.50 £ 9th in October just got yesterday 13 th December fake one from china I know definitely how it’s looking original bottle i bought i France 3 different things you can seen in bottle from original I not talking about smell absolutely disgusting We needed all put abaut this company to TikTok instagram not let people by from this company I feel so bad for all us in china that perfume coast 14£ thanks got we do video when arrive how we opened

thieves, please don't buy perfumes from them, unfortunately I didn't check their website and I ordered the Mula mula by Byron perfume 210 f and I've been waiting for 3 weeks, no response to my e-mail and no answer to the phone, please report this website, I have already reported it

I been waiting a whole months for my delivery messaging many times and have only received 1 reply and it must be a automated reply because it says exactly the same the problem with shopify and I will be automatically refunded . Only 1 star given to enable me to write a review. Placed.and paid.for order, sent numerous emails, did get empty promises but 2.months on, no goods,.no refund and no communication. AVOID, AVOID,

I've used Kiss of Aroma Boutique for 2 years now. Their prices are good, their selection is wide, and they often have samples of products you literally can't find anywhere else.
Their service is usually pretty good too. One time they sent me the wrong order, and I offered to return it. They instead told me to keep the order and they would simply re-send mine (and they did).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They were quick to take my £80.00 but I had to chase regarding the dispatch. Eventually they came back apologising and said they would contact the warehouse. I had to chase again as to the situation and eventually came back with this...

I have chased on numerous occasions as to where my refund it but they have gone silent. I have even messaged them via the website. I am now going to contact my credit card provider as it is a fraudulent sale.

Unfortunately I ordered from the website without looking at the reviews even though it looked absolutely dodgy compared to other trusted websites (which unfortunately didn’t have perfume samples I wanted).

They did not send a follow up shipping confirmation and have only responded once with no follow up about that situation. Luckily enough I spent relatively less than a lot of
people who’ve unfortunately had thousands scammed off them so this is a warning review. If there is anyway to take down this business I would highly advice to report it because it is literally a functioning scamming house and the woman who runs this is a well trained thief. I advice again KISS OF AROMAS IS A FRAUDULENT WEBSITE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Sent me my parfum 1 month after I ordered it . It came broken
I requested a replacement and they sent totally wrong parfum ….

I’ve been trying to contact them as no word about my £183.50 order after 2 weeks. No dispatch, no reply to emails and no number to call.

Customer service is not good, no acknowledgment to customers. I will consider the ombudsman if they do not respond.

No communications. Over a week later an unboxed perfume arrived, in a un-branded and non standard bottle, with a sticky label with the perfume’s name on it. This is not the perfume ordered and this has been a total waste of over £100! Totally unacceptable!

Have tried in vain for months to secure a refund for a bottle of scent costing £126 + £7.20 for postage i.e. total cost of £133.20 (Chanel Cristalle eau de parfum), which has until recently been out of stock in all the normal retail outlets.
I must admit that at first, everything seemed legitimate. The sale was acknowledged -I was thanked & told I would be informed once product had been sent.
I’ve sent msgs & remained courteous in my requests for news. Initially I was told that the scent had obviously been mislaid in the post. The person who wrote said he would be away until end Sept & that he’d look into it then & refund me. Sept came & went & now my msgs are not being responded to. My patience has gone & I am absolutely deviated & sooooooo disappointed. Like everyone I simply cannot afford to just let this matter rest & forget about my hard earned money!! I realise that I must be dealing with people who have absolutely no conscience or regard for others. The best I can do is try & warn others about this band of complete con. I pray no one else suffers the same anguish.

Absolute con! Took my money and no perfume and it was a lot of money for a very expensive perfume. Avoid and do not give them any of your hard earned money. You'll get a sporadic email assuring you the product has been sent but nothing materialises. They should not be allowed to trade. I'd give them zero stars if I could - they deserve nothing.

SCAMMERS WEBSITE CREATED TO STEAL MONEY. THESE THIEVES STOLE OVER 1000 POUNDS. I ALREADY CREATED A POLICE REPORT.
And if you see 5-star review from Olga, that’s the owner of this scam house lol. One positive review from yourself won’t make people change their mind UNLESS YOU REFUND WHAT YOU STOLE.
