I work at a beauty Salon and I get asked from other stylists and my customers what am I wearing because I smell soo good.
My clients have even purchased Twist perfumes. It lasts literally all day so it's long wear. I feel so feminine when wearing this perfume. I have recommended Twist perfume to friends and Clients.

Love their perfumes and diffusers. I have a different diffuser scent in each bathroom and I’ve gifted their products to friends and family. The scents are beautifully balanced- elegant, long lasting and unique and most importantly- affordable! When I had an issue with an order, their customer service team handled it so well that I will continue to support this small business! It’s rare to find a high quality product and great customer service!

Purchased 8 items as gifts during their Black Friday sale. It’s Xmas eve and never received anything, even a email asking how I liked the box!!! What box…I have nothing and they admit to not even sending it because one is back ordered. One of 8? Send the other 7, contact me, give me some options? No response at all. So disappointing. Use caution when buying from this company.

Have sent multiple emails regarding my order placed over a month ago that I have not yet received. I do understand it’s a busy time of year, but the fact that I have sent multiple emails and no one has emailed or contacted me back, at all. Completely ignoring me. And I’m being polite and respectful in my email inquiries- I paid for a product I was supposed to have for my family holiday celebrations (which I did no have). Very disappointed, the poor customer service unfortunately negates any quality the perfume may have.

I gave Twist a fair chance with their “Buy 2, Get 2” deal, and it was a disappointment from start to finish. Most of the fragrances smelled flat, synthetic, and cheap — more like the bargain-bin “If you like X, you’ll love Y” drugstore knockoffs than actual dupes. One scent in particular was so harsh and hollow that even my own homemade blends smelled more balanced and sophisticated.

What really pushed me over the edge was their return policy. Twist refused to accept a return because my order was part of a promotion — even though I offered to send all the bottles back and pay restocking fees for each one. Their explanation was that I was “benefiting from the promotion,” which makes zero sense when they’d be getting everything back anyway.

Between the poor fragrance quality and the illogical, customer-unfriendly policies, I can’t recommend Twist. There are far better dupe houses that deliver real depth and craftsmanship — and who actually stand behind their products. I won’t be purchasing from Twist again.

I bought my first bottle on Amazon a year ago. I really liked it so I decided to buy from them directly this time, to support a small business. BIG mistake. I had an issue with the order and needed to return, which the online return form accepted. However, I did not get a return label for more than a week, despite me emailing twice and commenting on their social media. I understand if they're busy, but a response would have been nice! Anyways, after calling my bank to get Twist's phone number, they finally answered and sent me the return label. I quickly packaged it and sent it off! The tracking said it was delivered 8 days ago. To this day, I have not received a refund nor an email confirmation that my return was received. Again, I understand if they're going through a rough patch or just busy, but ANY communication would have been appreciated. Instead, I get nothing back from them. Do not recommend.

Found the exact scent I was looking for without having to pay an arm and a leg for! Same quality without the hefty price tag. This brand has all the qualities anyone would look for. Comes in great packaging, complimentary tester included, scent lasts super long, after sale customer service is great if you ever need to ask them anything, all this at a super affordable price!
