The King team were the best
So you've got Porsche. It's Italy where traffic rules mean nothing. The car preparation was excellent. The car condition was excellent. Help was a phone call away. Bravo. I didn't need any road service. But good to know available.

Excellent car, excellent people, excellent experience
The staff went out of their way to make sure the transaction went seamlessly and that I was satisfied every step of the way. I will use King Rent for my future needs and recommend my associates do the same.

Rental during Therunto
Rented a 488 Ferrari in Venice which we drove to Monte Carlo. The team at King Rent was efficient and did what they said they would do! Look forward to using them next time.

Worth it!
We rented an Audi R8 V10 spyder in Berlin. Customer service was excellent leading up to delivery while Chris was very punctual (early) and friendly, delivering the car. The R8 itself was amazing and ran perfectly with no problems. We definitely hope to rent from King rent again!

We were happy, but there is something that you can do better
We were very pleased with the car, but doing business would have been even more easier and more clear if we have had only one clear contact person and her personal phone number. Now we were in contact with two different persons and sometimes they asked different things from us. And it would be also good if we have had that one persons own phone number, now we were calling to this common phone number where the custom servicer wasn't on the map all the time. Even that she didn't know for sure how things were, the custom service was polite and nice, and she tried her best, what was nice :) After all, this was a nice experience and we would recommend your company to our friends

Unfortunately during your rental period we have been experiencing a staff shortage due to holidays and illnesses, and for that reason you have been communicating with different employees.
