A very relaxed company to work with, refunded my deposit once the vehicle was checked. I even went over the allocated mileage and they didn't charge me. I would use them again.

Will use again
First time hiring a car in Europe (Rome) through a dedicated luxury car hire company rather than the usual big name rental places. I confess to being nervous but all went well. The car was what I hoped for, email and phone communication was good, the delivery and pickup gentlemen were prompt, friendly and helpful (Although one had no English. A slight challenge, but then we were in Italy...). Will use again.

5 star car rental service
I used King Rent to rental a range rover for my 8 days trip in Italy this September. I ckecked with 5 different companies but King Rent offered me the best price. . They met me in Malpensa airport and I dropped the car in Florence. The car was new and in excellent condition. I would defenetly recommend them!

Ferrari California Turbo
Having a Ferrari during Monza GP was just an amazing experience, the car was top class and the King Rent service even better. Will highly recommend to everyone. Will use King Rent again for sure.

Extremely pleasant experience.
The service was great, staff were great to communicate with. Fast reply to emails and phone calls. Prices were definitely cheaper than other companies.

Horrible rental experience!
Wish i could give no stars, but it's not possible. Horrible experience with the company, a $25,000 week's Ferrari rental, i got a car with 60,000 KM (which they failed to disclose before rental) on a FERRARI! the car was dirty with coffee spill and garbage, the gears were not shifting half the time, and i was in a Gumball3000 Rally. Will NEVER rent from them again, and neither will all of my friends. Horrible experience with customer service, when Gianni expected to fix mechanical problems with the gear box by having a battery reset done. Absolutely not recommended. Failed to cure the problem. Failed to offer or provide credit for poor service. Had me pay for the battery reset 500 Euro cash, and promised to reimburse, which they also failed.

Dear Mr. Fiskin, we are really sorry that your rental experience was not satisfying, but your statement does not match with the truth.
First of all the car rental amount was 18'000€ (approx. 20'000$) which included 5'400 km, delivery to Dublin (Ireland) and collection in Budapest (Hungary).
Regarding the car: you have been told that the car was from 2012, if you would have asked how many kms are on the clock you would have had that information. In any case 1 week before the rental we communicated to you that the car had 60'000km when you needed this information for the Gumball3000 registration. So again, it's not true that you did not know.
We would like to point out that we offered about 10 cars to you and the Ferrari 458 Spider that you have choosen was the oldest from the list (you can verify this in our first email with quote).
Our cars are serviced and checked-up constantly in fact a week before the rental the car was serviced in Monte-Carlo and we mounted new tyres (we sent you the invoice from workshop).
The car was delivered clean to the wrapping company in Dublin that prepared the car for the Gumball, so about the coffee spill and garbage you should complain with them.
During the rental the car started to have issues with the gearbox. We initially tried to fix the issue and then offered a substitute car, which was refused from you.
When we collected the car we have aknowledged that you misused the car: the tyres were finished, brake discs completely worn, and there were also some damages on the body. When we brought the car to Ferrari they asked if the car has been drifting because they couldn't believe that it was in those conditions (it was same workshop that serviced the car a week before the rental).
We have provided you the quote for the repairation from Ferrari which is over 10'000€ only for body damage, tyres changes and discs replacements. The gearbox issue would have cost another 3'000€ if fixable, or even a new gearbox if they couldn't fix the issue.
As you were not admitting any misuse of the car we had two choices: either claim the full damages or try to settle the matter without quarrels. We opt for the second one, and we only charged you 5'000€ for all the damages caused (so the 500€ are included in this huge discount as you can imagine).
For your information I would like to let you know that we had to sell the Ferrari 458 Spider after your rental because the workshop needed 1 month to fix the issue, and we couldn't wait that long and lose all the business.
Lastly when you mention "Will NEVER rent from them again, and neither will all of my friends." you should say that your friend (Mrs. T.B. and Mr. A.A.) have rented another Ferrari and were really happy about the car and the Whole experience (they have stated this on email with pictures taken during the rental).
To conclude we would like to say that we were really disappointed in receiving a review like this, with false statements, but I guess this is the icing on the cake after reducing our car to a scrap.
Rental Experience
We are a repeat customer and King is very easy to rent from. Nice cars in great condition. They have been reliable and convenient to drop off and pick up.

A very good and flexible car rental service
I have only good words for King Rent service. Katrina has made everything to adapt to my needs, which is a key factor when you are in a luxury service business. I would recommend King Rent to anyone who is looking for an outstanding service.

Great service overall
I have been renting luxury cars from various companies. I think I'll stick to Kingrent from now on. Very helpful and attentive thru out the reservation process, great delivery - car, driver, briefing -

Outstanding
The efficiency in dropping the cars off and picking them up anywhere was outstanding. They were in great condition and nothing was a problem. I will diffidently be using them again in the future.

Great Experience
I had a pleasent experience with king rent, when renting a California T from Venice to Malaga. The car was delivered in time and conditions and was also picked-up as agreed. King rent's team was very professional and supportive. My only sugestion is that it will be better if the whole process was managed by only one person, who we can directly access by e-mail or phone, instead of a general e-mail/phone.

Top class cars with brilliant client service, highly recommended
Hiring high performance cars can often be hard work, I have to a say that my experience of King Rent could not be better, from the outset nothing was a problem, I was provided an exceptional level of client service from start to finish & it was comforting to experience.
I personally will be using King Rent again & I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
