I see a lot of negative reviews about this shoulder brace and I have to disagree. Of course its not going to comfortable but it does what it's meant to do, it supports the shoulder / rotator cuff. I fell from a height and landed on my shoulder 15 years ago causing tendonitis and severe pain in the rotator cuff which, I've been told, can't be operated on. I've been on painkillers, on and off, since and I've been looking for a brace like this for a few years and this provides the support I need. It's not going to be comfortable and I knew that but it works. I can't speak about the service from the company's customer support as I haven't had the need to contact them but overall, I'm happy with the product. I have it on just now, strapped tight, and it provides relief to the pain. All in all, I'm happy with it and i'm sure i'll be using it a lot. Only marking it down one star as the hot/cold pack that I ordered doesn't fit neatly into the shoulder pocket.

I brought this shoulder brace. The most uncomfortable item unimaginable.
I have contacted them 3 times to send back and I was ignored.
I will now make a visa dispute to get my money back!
Highly recommend you stay well clear of these this poor product and a company without any customer service!

Cannot get a refund, they don’t answer to emails or calls. Don’t waist your money product is crap.

I've received the products without the straps, I've contacted them they didn't get back to me. They say 24 hours customer support, this is BS.

I wrote a review on their website but it's not showing it's like they only keep the paid review.

If there was a zero star rating I'd give them that. FRAUD SCAM. Actually caused more injury to my shoulder than relief. Like other's have said, no responses to emails, or emails that do not work, nor responses from their "contact us" forms. No way to return. I am filing with Paypal for a refund as they refuse to answer or provide one. Plus they sent and billed me for an extra brace. After posting a comment on their page I was blocked.

The item is essentially useless. This was clear the moment I opened it.
Company doesn't respond to emails requesting a refund.
Luckily my bank has accepted its essentially a scam so are refunding the cash.

I ordered a shoulder brace and a hot/cold pack December 6,2024. My shoulder has been hurting so I was very exited to get my brace. I waited for a couple of weeks and then went to my local UPS store which informed me that it went to my old address, which I did not supply. UPS also let me know that although that they have my new address, Kinetix does not allow an item to be forwarded. They then told me that it was sent back to the sender. I have since tried to email Kinetix numerous times without any response. Bad business, bad practices, and horrible Contact Info. Do not order from this company as they have shown that they have no ownership and take no responsibility.

Scam company that never returns calls or emails. Even the address listed on their website is associated to a different company. Stay away!

Company is a fraud based out of Canada and ships from China. Refuses refunds. Product not as described. Do not buy from them, trust the negative reviews!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with..placed order on 18th Nov still waiting for it..Have sent several emails and no reply back..Would stay miles away if thinking of buying from them

Ordered the brace and the hot and cold pouches to go with it . The patches are still in transit (been a couple of weeks ) the brace was showing as awaiting to be dispatched. I’ve emailed for an update a couple of times and they have not replied

Purchased for husband with terrible shoulder arthritis. He tried it for several days, didn't make any impact. He asked me to send it back. Ordered it seeing they offer a 30-day return policy. When you read their very strict policy, it must be unused (how on earth are you to decide if it works if you can't try it) in the original packaging (plastic bag which was ripped by USPS) and no packing slip inside. Have been emailing them daily to get some kind of RMA # or acknowledgment to return it, to no response. This seller is terrible. Stay far away. We are out the $$ and no recourse. Cannot reach them.

This company is a fraud. I ordered a shoulder brace and wanted to return the item well within the 30 day window. After numerous phone calls and voicemails, including emails, I packaged and sent the unused brace in original packaging back to the company with a letter requesting a refund. My package was returned with a postage label on it, which said return to sender “refused“. Unable to forward. Return to sender. This company got my money and contrary to their refund policy, did not refund my purchase. Under no circumstances, do business with this fraudulent company.

After a lifetime of shoulder issues partly from being a surfer and surf coach, the ads started appearing. Then more and more. The “normal” price they state is absolutely ludicrous; even at half price they are double what you pay on the big retail site. But these looked a bit better and I thought I’d try one alongside the heat pad.
They arrived; crumpled packaging, instructions looked like they’d been fished out of a bin. The heat pad is also a joke; no branding, not even slightly made to fit in the support. It’s a generic heat pad worth £3 max. I’d value the support at £15.
Sooo I gave it a go and it’s actually not bad; low rent construction but it kind of works as does the comedy heat pad.
I’ve noticed other brands selling identical looking kit with different branding.
Oh and it’s shipped from China.
So we have a factory pumping out cheap supports and a handful of companies doing a fairly convincing sales job on them. I have absolutely no faith in any sort of a returns process.
It’s not awful but it’s worth half the “deal” price at most.

Bought two as I have major shoulder issues. Tried one on and found it really uncomfortable under the arm. I am still trying to return the items but have not had a response yet for a return. I have messaged, emailed and cursed into the air. All to no avail. My guess is it will drag out till the 30 days are up and then Ill be stuck with the useless things.

Guys, these people are a bunch of scammers. They do not respond to any emails. I have ordered 2 shoulder supports from them and the quality is sub par. Not only that, I have sent them an email with regards to a refund 2 days after using their products, yet they do not respond back.
Most likely, this is a drop shipping company that is not held accountable for the products it produces

Total scam beware. Product is a cheap and nasty product drop shipped from a company in China advertising on Ali Express called Brothock Store. They do not respond to emails. Their marketing and promise of customer support and 30 day money back guarantee is bogus. Avoid at all costs.
