Be very careful I bought a strap from them which is ok but they have today taken more money out of my account and the bank say they can’t do anything until I contact them they have not got back to me yet so beware don’t even go there

This is a SCAM in the worst possible way. What they do is send you the shoulder brace, but then they immediately "subscribe" you to a monthly subscription fee which you get NOTHING FOR!!! I'm out HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS and because it's billed thru Shopify, the banks say they can't do anything about it. And Shopify appears to be of no help at all. STAY AWAY FROM EVER GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR INFORMATION/CARD # AS YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT!!!!

This product is a joke. There is little to no support on the shoulder. The stability and placement of the apparatus constantly moves and doesn't stay put. The customer service email bounced back, so I had to go to the bank and dispute the charge. Terrible and would not recommend this to anyone.

Ordered the shoulder brace which has made a definite improvement in controlling my pain.
Very friendly and approachable when I had a problem which was immediately addressed and resolved.

I ordered, paid and recieved a shoulder brace from Kinetixgear on january this year. Then they started to take 33.42 € a month from my account for something I haven't ordered. Now it is stopped. They took from me 133.68 € before I noticed.

Complete con. No refund unless you pay yourself to send back to Canada. Does not fit and does not keep

Avoid at all costs. Wanted to return item, was evasive in giving me the postal address which is not on their website. Messed me around long enough to be out of the 30 days. Woke up this morning to another payment from my account being taken only to find that they have set me up on a subscription which I was unaware of. Reported to bank and trying to block any further payments and recoup what’s been taken unknowingly

We ordered the shoulder brace. It's really helping my husband with the pain he's having. He works in construction and the brace and ice pack help a lot! My questions were answered quickly when I had them. Will definitely buy from them again and urge others to try their products!

I purchased a shoulder strap, then by default became subscribed without my knowledge to an ongoing ‘course’.
I complained, and they refunded the ‘course’ amount. But i was advised by the fraud department of my bank to then immediately cancel my Visa card.

The shoulder brace was exellent and I felt immediate improvement, great with heat pad. There was a hiccup with billing, but Kinetix acted quickly to correct it! They do need to remove the subscription from the sale bundle on the product. The customer service was outstanding. I recommend this company if you need this product.

Hidden subscription and when I tried to cancel there is NO WAY you can do this on their site. Contacted my bank and blocked further transactions and then the company contacted me to arrange a refund.

Full details of purchase. Excellent follow up. Compression Shoulder strap comfortable and provides support as described. Takes the pressure off the injury during movement. Pleased with my choice of product.

This company sells a product, but then start billing you $39 per month as if you took a subscription. There is no indication of a subscription service or a subscription agreement in the order details.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Ineffective and does nothing for my shoulder but the most worrying part is that I purchased the item on the 10th February at a cost of €38.95 . On the 15th February Kinetixgear took a further €32.76 @ 05.76 am from my account. On the 17th March at 04.23am tried to withdraw a further €32.76 from my account, my bank declined payment deeming it to be a scam . Stay well clear of this company… scam artists …

Bestilte 2 stk. skulderbandager, men pasformen var virkelig dårlig. Den dækkede slet ikke skulderen. Ville gerne returnere dem, men fik at vide at de skulle returneres til en adresse i Canada, hvilket ville medføre betydelige fragtomkostninger her fra Danmark. Så jeg giver op og smider dem ud .... :(

This place is the worst ever. After getting the brace they started charging us a monthly fee of 39.00 said it was for insurance. They won’t respond to emails. Now we are having to deal with our bank. I’m also contacting the BBB.

Purchased one , they then took an extra £37 from my PayPal . No response from their sales office despite 2 emails , luckily my bank refunded the money after I reported the Fraud DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE .

I ordered their shoulder " brace". The product quality and fit is horrible. The fabric is scratchy and it didn't provide any real support like advertised. My order was advertised as having a promotional product guide included for "free". However, two days later they charged my card for the "free" promotion. I emailed their customer service department and told them I was returning my order. I provided them the tracking information for proof. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received a refund despite countless emails telling me my request was sent to the refund department. At this point I have no recourse as this is a Canadian company and I don't live in that country. I would say this is borderline fraud but I have no idea how Canada handles these things. I'm just going to have to chalk this up as an expensive lessen learned and hopefully warning other people NOT to use Kinetix Gear!!!
