**Stay Away From This Company — Terrible Product and Zero Customer Support**

I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. Their “Kinetix Shoulder Brace” is one of the worst products I’ve ever purchased.

I emailed them **seven times** asking for help and a refund — not a single reply. Instead, I started receiving **sales ads** from them, including offers like “buy two braces for the price of one,” and even requests for a **positive review** while they continued to ignore my messages.

It’s clear they stall communication just to push customers past their **30-day refund guarantee**.

In my experience, this company cannot be trusted. **Avoid them completely.**

This review is for their customer service only. Basically, there isn’t any. I placed an order shortly after I moved, and unfortunately the incorrect shipping address was applied to my order. My fault, period.

But no one answers their phone and I’ve had zero responses to the multiple emails I’ve sent over a period of several days attempting to rectify the problem. So again, based solely on their “customer service”, one star.

The cut makes it effectively useless as a clothing item, let alone training gear.
I’ve had / have 7 other Gis of varying brands.
By comparison, the fit is excessively slim - even for my slim frame. The front and rear sections of material are a good 3 inches narrower than my other Gis. This means I can’t tie the Gi closed!
Strangely though, the pants are excessively long. At least 4 inches longer than others.
So, despite low price, reasonable material, fit is absolute deal breaker.

the shoulder braces are very uncomfortable and cannot wear them for more than 2 minutes! don't work at all to relieve the pain anyway.
I tried to reach the company with 4 different emails and a phone call with no answers

I will just reiterate every other negative review...the 30 day return policy is completely useless when they don't respond. Have tried on multiple occassions over the last 20 days. Will be contacting my credit card company to have them provide the refund and reverse the charges...save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered their shoulder brace to help support my torn rotator cuff. Brace didn’t supply much support so I tried contacting KinetixGear to return it. Emailed 3 times - all unanswered. Launched dispute via PayPal - then they finally replied. Sent me instructions on how to return the brace. Cost me $27 to mail the brace back to them. 2 weeks later the package gets returned saying that the company has moved, (the return cost me another $23). I had used the address Kinetixgear provided in their return instructions. Now I’m out $50 for a brace that is completely useless!
I do not recommend anyone do business with this company!
Either they’re a bunch of rip-off artists, or just completely incompetent!

The brace is very uncomfortable and it cuts your underarm too. I tried numerous times to contact the company for a refund and info to send the brace back. No response. Horrible company!!

Shoulder brace doesn’t fit right . And don’t even think about a refund . Customer service will not answer you through email , social media and there’s no phone number on the site to call. Stay away or you will lose your money

Buying the shoulder brace from this company was a huge waste of time and money.
The brace is uncomfortable, poorly made, and ill fitting.
Customer service is non existent.
Buyer beware. You won’t be refunded.

Never received the product. Sent 10 emails and Facebook messages with no reply. Company is a scam.

I tried brace on day after I received it . Did not get on with it . This was in May . I have been constantly emailing and messaging to find out how to return and get a refund .

I have found that you pay to ship back for refund. That is fine but nowhere is there an address. So now I am over the 30 day money back guarantee .

Product is poor fitting, don’t expect “Customer Service” because they have none. A “1” rating is too high for this company.

I received it was way too big on my shoulder and I have sent six emails and they are not responding even though they guarantee 30 day moneyback guarantee it’s been two weeks since I’ve been sending emails

I received the shoulder brace full of optimism and the reassurance of a 30 day money back guarantee. It was obvious from the first time I put it on that it was way too big and extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for a smaller frame as the website suggests. I have emailed three times about sending this back and getting a refund to be met with a deafening silence. Sadly, I think this site is just a scam so my guidance is to spend the money on a decent osteopath rather than their non-working shoulder brace.

Paid for shoulder brace, never arrived. Chased, no response. Customer support e mail does not work. Think probably a total scam and best avoided.

I purchased the shoulder brace based on the ads. I received the product, and it is ineffective, uncomfortable,, and quite honestly poorly made. The straps cut into your underarm, and after wearing it for one hour, I developed a very sore spot on my arm.
Customer service says for the 30 day money back policy the product must be unused and unopened packaging what a scam.

Received the brace and tried it on.
It became painful in my armpit because of the hard adjustment flap and the material bunched up in my armpit.
Several requests for a return were not answered.
This is a very over priced and inferior product that the company obviously does not guaranty.
