Kilo health took monthly fees for a subscription I never filled out! This is a total scam company so be aware! Your going to get scammed!

I did not authorize an autopsy with this company and got a notification of charge of 30.99. I contacted PayPal but they said it was consistent with my purchase history. So I'm out 30 bucks for an autopay I didnt agree too. You are better off finding a free app or anything else.

I have never heard about this company before today when they tried to charge me for something that I haven’t bought or received - through my PayPal account.

I really can't comment as to if their products are good or not, because I never received my first Burnbox (UPS lost it).

I had no idea that after paying $119 for four quarterly boxes (which was advertised as an "year subscription"), that they added on a monthly subscription charge of $32.99 on autopay. When you pay a "yearly subscription" upfront, you don't expect to then be charged an additional monthly subscription. This is very deceptive.

I was very upset to see this surprise charge from PayPal, as I was completely unaware they signed me up to anything. I thought I was just paying for the boxes and whatever else was included. Paying for the year upfront and considering the high price of $119, it is reasonable to assume this includes everything.

Their customer services was snarky and not very helpful, insisting that I signed up for the app on a free trial, and agreed to pay monthly in addition to the boxes. I can assure you, I did not knowingly agree to a monthly charge of $32.99, as I already felt $119 for 4 boxes of basically fiber and electrolytes was a bit pricey, I was under the impression the app was included in such a high price. So while they advertise a year subscription for $119, the amount you think you are paying for everything, a year subscription really costs you $514.88, as they will continue to charge you $32.99 monthly for the app. They do not advertise this figure, their advertising is sneaky and dishonest.

It took me raising a case with both my bank and PayPal to get this charge reversed, as when dealing with their customer service they tried to get me to agree to only being reimbursed for half of the surprise charge.

In my experience, this business is not transparent. Seeing other people have the same issue with them, both here and on other forums, shows me it wasn't just me.

Buyer beware, there are sneaky charges that will be added on to your purchase.

You can buy fiber and electrolytes on Amazon and save yourself a ton of money. You can also download free apps that basically do the same as theirs.

I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Their vision and goal to help people with their product are so genuine. People will achieve their health goals if they would like to. I have the same problem as all the customers who buy this product. We want to be at our healthiest version. The product will help you out if you are willing to do the work. Some people lack an open mind and willingness to do the work that is why they don't achieve their goals. The resources are only a guide. This company is helping out and improving their product. I am happy to be a part of this company and looking forward to greater things!

I have never been much of a runner. I was always the person that would be in good shape but not able to run regularly. But thanks to Kilo Health, my workout routine has changed drastically! After hearing many endorsements from friends about how it changed their results for the better, I decided to give it a shot and after only one month on Kilo Health’s running workouts (along with their diet plan), I found myself running around like an animal. My stamina had increased drastically and before long I wanted more than just running- no matter what distance or intensity level.

The results of the diet plan provided by one of Kilo Health's apps are astonishing! A personalized plan allowed me to enjoy my favorite food while losing a few unwanted pounds is exactly what I wanted.

Very exciting startup and definitely worth keeping an eye on. Last year I tried a few of their apps as friends have recommended and have been using them since. Looking forward to see what they build next!

Kilo Health offers great environment for those who are keen to learn a lot and become professionals in their field,build amazing products. I would love to see more options for junior candidates but overall I thinks it’s great what they are doing

Scam! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company

I had a email stating $66 subscription has came out my PayPal for this company, never heard of them, was not alerted to any subscription payment or product I would be receiving!! Contacted PayPal to advise and made a dispute, they have since emailed me back stating "We've completed our review of your unauthorised activity case, and we’ve determined there was no unauthorised use". I have not signed or agreed to this, I have no idea who this company is how could this be? I have contacted the company via email and they have not responded!! I am contacting the police and also closing my PayPal account down!! Definitely think PayPal in kahoots with this company, absolutely raging that this is allowed to happen!!!
*In response to your reply, I have been in contact via this email, and you advised that you will not be refunding me the $66 as supposedly I signed into a contract and I did not cancel...... very difficult to cancel a contract you know nothing about! Furthermore, I was advised you have now cancelled "the contact" but due to the terms and conditions won't be refunding the money! So again, I haven't received a product, why if you are such a good company, not refund the money taken from my PayPal account?
Only thing I can advise others to do is cancel their PayPal, and DON'T open a new one, as you will not know anything about this until it happens and your money is gone! PayPal was of no help to me when they investigated this..... so much for PayPal protection!

They took money that I never agreed to or subscribed to. They will steal from your PayPal account. You can cancel, but they still get that first payment and you have to do all the work to get a refund. I did reach out to your customer support team and everyone very snuggly let me know there was nothing they could do. The app is a do fasting app, but to keep it confusing and their stars up you have to research that it is Kilo Health and then if you can't prove Do Fasting and Kilo Heath are connected they lobby trust pilot to take your review down so you then need to provide even more evidence to support your claim. Which I did because this company has terrible practices!

Paypal needs to refund us all our money. I'm having the same experience as everyone else. 33.00 charges and now a 66.00. I'm getting nothing but computerized email responses. I'm going to removed my debit card from Paypal and call my bank to block any further charges. Not very hopeful we'll get any of our money back unfortunately.

I signed up with them last year and now the subscription renewed itself... I don't want it and I didn't plan on affording this annual plan.

It would appear as though I've been scammed. I have yet to receive any products or a response. I wish I had checked this site first before purchasing. Don't sign up.

This is a scam. Auto bill your PayPal account. Nobody responds. 65% of the reviews are one star reviews, don’t do it!
