I just noticed two charges on my bank statement from Kilo Grupe. I don't even know who these people are. They first started charging me last year apparently. They took the money out through PayPal. I have emailed them, but have not received a reply yet. So far, they've stolen close to $250 from me.

What a sham, when you try and call them on it you cannot talk to anyone, only email. They dance around and tell you it was your fault, first they told me once your book is printed they will cancel your autopay, then they say it was up to you to manually cancel it. They hit my Paypal account 5 times before I started screaming. total of about $400

Looked at my PayPal account and this company had taken $160 out of my account. PayPal won't refund and now I'm out the money.

Be aware of this company. They took payment for something I dieven sign up to. Absolutely no help from customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid

I bought a one month trial in good faith which auto renewed against my knowledge/will for £40+. Partial refund of £10 given. This is just another subscription trap. Get lost.

Renewed my subscription without consent after I had already cancelled, then flat-out refused a refund. If zero stars were an option, they’d deserve it. Appalling customer service, dishonest practices, and a complete disregard for customers. Avoid at all costs.

I have continually sent emails cancelling my subscription but because I have an account with PayPal this corrupt company keeps withdrawing funds each time with a higher value! Beware they are very dishonest

-0 stars is what the company deserves. I stupidly took on their Free-Trial offer after being bombarded on Instagram Ads. Should of seen the red flag!
They get you by signing up to a free trial, if you cancel before the 1st month, they offer you a free extension for another month but they then bill you automatically without declaring it in the app. Customer service is BS. They lie and claim you agreed to their terms. Sandra only agreed to make an exception for me to refund the cost only because they $h!+ themselves and got a paypal claim against them! Pay pal was in my fav and got my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. not worth the stress

I started the diabetes management program last month. My blood sugar is more stable now. The meal plans were easy to follow. The support teaam answered my questions very fast.

My heart health has gotten so much better with this program. The exercise videos show me the right way to work out. I feel stronger after three months.

I recommended Kilo Health to my brother. He enjoys the meal plans and exercise tips.
