Due to keyteks man who came to sort out why I couldn't unlock my back door I am facing a bill for £450, he has completely ruined the whole thing. Not only the lack but the door as well. I don'twant to be thought biased but the chap was foreign, very polite and pleasant but spent two hours ruined the lockand the door.

Price query
I was. Very satisfied with the way the locksmith replaced my door lock . He was only here for 15-20 mins.so I was very surprised that before he started work he said it would be £300.00. My understanding when I booked it was £90.00 an hour or part of an hour so that means he charged £220 for parts which seems excessive. Can you explain this

Engaging and effective customer service. My query was handled professionally, and I was given an appointment very quickly. The locksmith arrived on time, was quick and efficient, and clearly explained the issue along with value-for-money fixes. I needed to repair a main door lock and also had a WC door stuck due to a broken lock; both were resolved promptly. Overall, the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Highly recommended.
