They acknowledged my complaint and gave me some compensation.
I have already done this and have been reimbursed for utterly awful work and having to spend £450 to get it sorted. Needless to say I only got what I had spent, not what I had to spend together it sorted. However I was very grateful for this.

As part of our process, the engineer identified that a like-for-like replacement was not possible due to the door design. We acknowledge that this could have been communicated more clearly before ordering parts and taking payment, and we are reviewing this internally to prevent similar issues in the future.

Very costly for a finding fee!
Was happy for the speedy service and response but shocked at the cost for basically ‘finding’ me a locksmith. Ended up paying almost £200 for a twenty minute job / service. This would have been almost half the price if I had contracted directly with the service provider.

I had problems with the lock yesterday
I had problems with the lock yesterday, it didn't want to turn fully, but today it opened first time. I shall wait and see if I continue having problems with it and let you know.

Great service. Easy to make a same day booking. Locksmith was very good. Only issue is that the cost is at an hourly charge even if you only go part way over an hour.
