Second excellent service
I was locked out today again. The transaction was easy, they were friendly and transparent with the fee. Domitru the locksmith came in politely, did the job in about 5 minutes and no unnecessary conversations made. The payment was straight and protected. No issues. I received a company headed- receipt.

Spot on service
Very quick in answering the call and had a locksmith out to me within the time stated. Locksmith who came was excellent, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Second time in about 6months I have used them and spot on service both times.

Nobody Turned Up Or Bothered Answering The Phone
Rang up requesting a locksmith urgently as we had been locked out of the house. Call handler stated that someone would be over in around 30 minutes, but could be up to an hour. Over an hour later there’s no sign of anyone showing up, so we attempted to call Keytek to see where they were - attempted multiple calls and sat on hold for over 10 minutes before giving up. Rang another locksmith who turned up and let us in, no locksmith from Keytek showed up all night. Was told the person had my number but received no calls or update. Incredibly disappointed - thankfully we had access to the car or god knows what we would have done.

An appointment was made and then confirmed by the visiting locksmith.
He arrived the following day as arranged promptly sorted out the problem, fitted new parts and cleaned up when work was complete. Excellent service.

Fast response time
Fast response time, but extremely expensive. The actual work took around 10 minutes to remove 3 screws and fit a new barrel, the cost for that was £198! The old lock still worked but didn’t lock every time the key was turned, so it’s not like I was locked out of the house. The technician was a friendly and very knowledgable guy that did a very good job. After seeing how simple it is to replace a barrel, It’s definitely worth going to a diy shop and doing the job yourself, so have a go..it’ll save you £100.

Third party company that will look for local locksmith so sabe money and find your local locksmith
I called what I thought was a local number as it was local but little to my knolage they use local numbers but its a world wide company that looks for locksmith then book and charge you well over the price. I fell for this dont make same mistake. What should have cost me £60 cost me £160 communication was not good so save your self at least £100 by looking for the local company as that who will turn up but if direct will save you a fortune always ask if they are the locksmith or if it is a third party save your self the money
