Was over charged
Was over charged. The locksmith that attended said we had consent the wrong company and we could have got the service cheaper with a direct surfed locksmith. Disappointed.

Fixed issue without replacing lock.
Gave estimate over phone which was accurate. Turned up when expected with advance notice. Didn't replace lock as not required but altered door frame mountings to fix the issue. Would recommend.

Excellent locksmith
Stef the locksmith did an excellent job replacing an old mortice lock on my front door. He was polite, friendly and efficient and left the place neat and tidy. I will definitely use him again and can recommend him as a reliable locksmith.
