My husband really enjoys the lemon drizzle cake. The order came very quickly however the box with the little carrot cakes was missing the sachet of topping which was a bit disappointing.

No customer service
No customer service. I asked for the recipe for their keto bread mix. They said look on internet! Not clear how to mix their product or what quantity to use. They were most unhelpful and said they don’t take returns.

We would like to clarify that we were 100% clear at the time of your inquiry that we do not provide our specific recipes with the flour, as stated in our product description. Instead, we helpfully suggested you watch KetoKing on YouTube, where you can find an easy-to-follow recipe for keto bread using similar ingredients.
Additionally, when you threatened to “just send it back then” because we wouldn’t disclose our proprietary recipe, we politely reminded you that we cannot accept returns on food items. As per our Terms and Conditions, and in line with food safety regulations, we are a food-safe environment and cannot accept any food products that have been outside of our controlled setting.
We always aim to provide clear information and assist customers wherever possible, and we regret that our policies did not meet your expectations in this instance.

Total Delight
Total delight from start to finish. The site was easy to negotiate and find your way around and order. When I was not sure on one thing I got a really quick answer to my query. The choice of Keto goods is great and that was my main reason for searching. The goods arrived so fast I could not believe it. With using the offers the price was very reasonable. The goods were in good condition and they all tasted great. My go to is going to be the rustic seeded loaf.

Since following a low carb/keto lifestyle for over 2 years some things I miss deeply....a cheese & onion roll.
Not any longer, the rustic bread rolls are fresh and low carb.

Great low carb options and an expanding range
I've tried a number of "keto breads" and the keto chefs rustic loaves are what I keep coming back to.
The cakes are a special treat with coffee - my favourites being Izzy's Cinnamon Donuts and the blueberry muffins. The new Croissants are also a welcome addition.
I also sampled a few of the new Ciao options this time and these are great. From what I tried this time I'd particularly recommend the flat breads and I also received a sample proto pizza base - this was the best low carb option I've tried and hope they stock it going forward!
