I have now submitted two Ltd Co BTL…
I have now submitted two Ltd Co BTL mortgages with Kensington in the last few months. I found compared to other lenders eg TMW the whole process very disappointing and long winded. You asked for a colossal amount of paperwork and info which some of which was unnecessary, for example asking for a mortgage statement for a property that completed 3 mths ago when you had a copy of the offer and proof of payments showing exact same payment as the offer going out. I will take a lot of persuading to use you again for Ltd Co BTL. The other case I did was worse as you have come back post offer with more queries, a complete no go for any broker. Completely unacceptable. n summary very poor.

Exceptional Customer service
The Lady i spoke with was exceptionally helpful. Long processing and information asked for in dribs and drabs, gifted deposit from mother of client and uw asking for client birth certificate to prove connection to client but she has remarried and the name is not the same so how does that prove anything?
