Bit of a long drawn out process
Bit of a long drawn out process, system very difficult to work with especially uploading requested documents. BDM Jo Field helped get over the line in the end very helpful go between with the underwriter. Cant fault any staff its the system and process that's a bit tiresome.

I have submitted one application forâŠ
I have submitted one application for purchase on BTL Ltd Co application. The client sold his shares and used as deposit for purchase. The case has been cancelelled due to funds where not available in the account for three months. Really lacking intelligence, showing poor judgment, or acting in a silly and unwise way in your policy.

Just had a mortgage offer declined dueâŠ
Just had a mortgage offer declined due to internal audit with no reason, after weeks of excessive documents and scrutiny itâs just a dead end. Exchange is only couple days away and you guys should do better in explaining stuff and Iâm sure this is an internal error that caused it to be decline

The valuation report wasnât very good
The valuation report wasnât very good. Valuer supplied through Kensington to value the property was too one sided and towards Kensington. If we were applying for 90% of the value I would understand coming in below. But we felt that the value didnât represent what we needed.
