I ordered an above ground gardening setup. I paid $49.99. I received a tiny backpack with a doll on the front of it. THIS IS A SCAM It states contact them via email, I have not had a reply. Their website also states 100% satisfaction. I'm not satisfied and they will not reply to my requests for a full refund. I will be filing fraud charges against them.

I ordered a garden bed and I received a tiny passive aggressive backpack. I wish I had read these reviews first. Elaborate fake tracking numbers. I will never trust a Pinterest Ad again.

Zero review for me also! I ordered some fencing, instead, I got a small smiley face backpack for a doll!! Scammers all the way!! So discussed!!

I ordered from this company the 8 x 12 keyhole composting garden bed and the tracking said it was delivered. I did not receive it. They provide a tracking through TRACK 718 which is a hoaks. When it says it is delivered, it shows no address. KATHIES is a scam. Dispute the charges with your credit card company ASAP!!

The only reason I’m giving 1 star instead of 0 is so I can write this! Buyer beware! If you buy from this store you will be scammed! I ordered garden fencing and what I received today, same tracking number was a child’s doll size mini back pack with a huge smiley face on it! CHINA is laughing at us! They’re slick, they ship using someone from China using 1 tracking number but when it reaches the US it is then shipped by USPS and the label covers theirs. Luckily I could see through USPS label abs could see the tracking number that was emailed to me from my order.

I give them a zero stars. I ordered a printer and today I got a ugly green fanny pack. Why are these people allowed to keep scamming people? They need to be shutdown. I feel stupid for letting myself be scammed. Kathies is bad news. Don't buy from them.

Ordered a snow removal electric shovel but received an ugly ring instead.
After asking for refund I was asked to send the ring back To CHINA and pay for the return and then I would be reimbursed
Ha! After repeated back and forth emails me asking for a prepaid return label and instead being offered a succession of 80%, 85%, 90% refund without returning the item, I received NOTHING
I feel so stupid I let myself taken advantage by these scammers...

I ordered from them and have not heard a word from them. Not a tracking number or even a email. Just a bunch of scammers. They take your money and give you nothing.

would give a zero, this place is a complete scam. they claim to have shipped your product, give you a fake tracking from china post and you never receive your product. when you ask for money back they give you the run around for weeks like how about you pay $10 for the item you didn’t receive and buy a new one. Total total scam.

I find it hilarious that this sight wants to to know how they can "improve" and, "to be honest, helpful and constructive" when posting a review. They are nothing more than criminals by taking money and sending nothing in return - oh, wait, they did send a cheap ring in place of the two dog beds that I ordered. This is a wide-ranging scam from China. No stars for you!

I’ve ordered and paid for via credit card for 2 snow Joe wireless batter operated snow shovel: turned out to be a SCAM! My tracking # was invalid! The order began in Chine, landed in USA???? Then to my hometown???? The shovels are shown as delivered,,, not to my home! I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy anything but women’s clothing at this store 👎🏻👿

Total scam!! Never received what I ordered. Did receive a mystery gift from somewhere, not sure if it was even from this company. A cheap bubblegum machine ring. Only get generic "check with the post office" msg from seller. USPS does not recognize tracking #. Even paid extra expedited shipping. Totally out a lot of money. Very disappointing

This website is front for an international scam. I thought the price of the "Foldable Car Garage" was far too good to be true but curiosity won and I clicked the link on Pinterest (many of which are scams from China as users SHOULD be aware by now!). I read the spiel about Amazon overstock but was not convinced so I looked at the "Contact us" page. With too much time on my hands I checked the Company Number on the UK Companies House website - 12550956 - to my surprise it IS listed but with a slightly different address (same road, different number). The company is called Supic Company Limited. It is a NON TRADING micro business with £1000.00 capital and various chinese entities claiming interest since 2020. This leads me to believe Kathies is a total scam and from the various reviews from the US it is now spreading to the UK. I have pased their details to NCSC.gov.uk (National Cyber Security Centre) who will hopefully take action to close them down. In the meantime a few hundred more will crop up so please be vigilant and don't give these con artists your hard earned cash.

I am only giving this 1 star so I can write a review. This is a total scam. I purchased the foldable garage and received a cheap ring in packaging that smelled like chlorine. Now they want me to pay to return the ring, which probably cost about .05 cents to make, and then they will refund my money. Or, I can let them keep 30 percent of what I paid and they will let me keep the ring. My recommendation- do not buy anything from this business.
