Whoever or whatever Kathies.store is, is a scam. Emailed several times regarding Order #230304123404375. Actually got replies but no money or product back. Shame on me. I sure got took. But you'd think with technology these days there would be some recourse for the consumer and HUGE consequences for these crooks.

Never got my package, Never again , never got my money back

If I could give zero stars to rate this company I would. I ordered two pop up car tents for the yard and after a months wait I emailed Kathies customer service and they said to be patient-it will get there. Then I received an email on January 11,2023 that the order was on the way and a month later I received a cheap ring. After contacting customer service again they asked if I wanted to keep it and when I said no they said I would only get my tents if I returned the ring so I did. The ring came back in the mail today almost three months later. A lot of wasted money and upset. Please don’t order anything from Kathies - it’s a scam for sure! I will never be fooled again.

escroquerie commandé un produit à 79€ (abris) reçu un article à 1€ (bague plastique enfant ???)on demandé de retourner le produit en chine 12€ de port puis plus de nouvelles..

I ordered a garden fence and did not receive what I paid for! This company is a scam!!! I sent messages and they lied to me as well saying it was delivered. They will not refund and they do not send what is ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Never have I had such a disappointing experience.
My product was never delivered, I contacted Kathies several times they said it was on it way, not true, they gave me a tracking #, went to the post office, no such #.
I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and Pinterest, where I saw the ad.
How many times do they have to rip off people before they are closed down?

RIP-OFF !! Stay away from these scammers, they are thieves and liars. Ordered my raised garden bed, BOGO, had a funny feeling it was too good to be true, and it was.
They faked the tracking number, faked all the shipping ports it went thru, and are now refusing to refund my $. I even sent them videos, (which show no delivery), of my property for the day they were supposedly delivered, and Kathies just doesn’t care, THEY SUCK !!
Their responses to me are always, “our tracking shows delivery, it must gotten stolen”. Yeah, and your tracking number is fake. I’m so damn 😡😡😡 !

January 2023 ordered the car cover. received a ring. sent back as per their instructions. with promise of refund and return of shipping costs. after about 15 emails back and forth, received refund of product. but, not for the shipping. this is the worst "company" I have ever done business with.

I ordered a product in February. The store says they sent it twice ,neither of which arrived. I'm trying to get my money back. They had the nerve to say, they will give me half my money back because they lost money on me.

Scam alert! Do not buy from this company. They do not deliver. They say it's delivered and you can take it to your post office. Scam scam scam! They told me to check my mailbox or ask neighbors. A raised garden bed would not fit in a mailbox! Scam they should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered one of the dog beds for humans January 4, 2023. I never got it. They then sent another one I never got that one either. I have asks several times for a refund. I’m still waiting…
Seems the people in China can’t send the product to the correct address?

SCAM, I am so mad. All I got was a canvas Fanny pack with no company name or address. Never received my order. Don’t buy anything from them or via Pinterest!!!! I wished I read the reviews before.

I can't believe I fell for this scam. Yes, I ordered the raised bed garden and felt that the cost of materials would be inline with the price I paid and as a promo, they could get their name out there. I also received the same type piece of junk that you likely wouldn't even pick up at a trade show to bring home to the kids! Smiley face black "backpack" that might fit a cabbage patch doll. Anyone have any help? Tried customer service and received no response at all.

I also ordered (2) raised composting garden bed set ups. As I noticed the other reviews I got a stupid little orange Fanny pack type plastic pouch. Tracking stated my packages arrived… I’m currently having my credit card company investigate and try to get my money back. Kathies customer service said it was the shippers fault, and to send back this pouch (at my cost) to China and Kathies would reimburse my shipping costs. !!! If I wanted to keep this pouch they would deduct 40% off the cost ! Kathy’s company is a SCAM , big time….. No one should shop them and Pinterest should remove them from their website…. By the way I believe Kathy’s store is running another business by the name of Kuryats.com…very similar in products , email only contact info…. I sincerely doubt this is legitimate…. Shoppers Beware!!!!! This store should also be investigated for possible bait & switch practices….
