Scam don't waste your time they waited till the day my meds were supposed to ship to tell me my id wasn't valid when they had that information all along biggest mistake ever. Now I just hope I get a refund. Ha
After many many emails back and forth they finally, sort of, agreed to a refund. Maybe it was because of my review? So the item was sent to me out of China but I have to mail it back to France??? Do you have any idea of that cost?? And one it leave the boarder and goes into France there is no tracking it. So what is to stop them from telling me they never received it?? The way this company is run it would not surprise me a bit.
My order came in a timely manner and is a beautiful bracelet. I,ve gotten compliments on it. I have noticed a decrease in my appetite and can’t wait to see what happens over time.
received my products, however, they do not work as advertised. The return/refund policy of the company is a joke, and false advertising, in my opinion. It says 30 days to return, however, they try to tell you it's on 14, then only offer in-store credit, no refunds. It's a scam. Stay away!
Never received the product. After a 1 month wait, was told it's in transit but still no product. After 1.5 months, asked for a refund, no response. This company is a total scam imo.
This bracelet is a total scam, and customer service refuses to refund my money. They tell me all I can do is get store credit, and what am I supposed to buy with that store credit? They only sell these bracelets and rings.
I tried to cancel my order immediately after it was placed. They would only give me store credit. I believe this is a very poor policy. It forces people to buy their products. I really can't understand their policy unless their product are junk and they don't even want to be stuck with them.
I was very impressed by the overall support and experience I had with Kalm. From the sign up to the experience with the Dr, the updates and technical support and their speed getting back with me when I had questions. The medication has helped a great deal with many aspects of my mental well-being when nothing else ever has. I recommend them completely.
