I phoned to order a tin whistle as the website said to check with the store before ordering online. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful and said she could take the order on the phone and she would send me an email to make the payment. My order has arrived well within the time frame and I am very pleased with it.

JUST FLUTES has a wonderful expansive collection of music, and I was delighted to find a varied selection of C flute music and especially important to me was the alto selection. Each publication provides detailed information sometimes from the composer, type of music techniques required and grade of difficulty.
Chris Hankin catalogue editor at Just Flutes provides a New Music Round-Up monthly and it is very helpful.

Good efficient service, ordered on a Sunday, received my product on Tuesday morning. I had a query that was speedily resolved. I was kept informed of progress by email. This is not the first time I have used Just Flutes, and I have always been satisfied with products and service.

I was delighted with one of them, but the other - no fault of the seller - was not at all good. However, it did mean I had to use their return process, which was very efficient.

An email arrived with a pre-paid postage address label, I packed the defective item and mailed it, and a refund was made promptly after they received it.
