We purchased a jumpking trampoline , 5 times what we could have bought a lesser known product thinking we were buying quality and a backed service…. The reality is something very very different. It has broken numerous times and after emails and messages still not even a response… so please don’t waste your money, go for a cheaper version you certainly won’t receive anything worse than our experience. Whist poor service can be blamed on the pandemic the product quality certainly can’t…

Bought a trampoline 6 months ago and parts are already breaking. I have called and left messages, emailed, but no one has come back to me. I need parts and to speak to them about canvas wear. Truly awful customer experience and not even spoken to them yet 🙄

Avoid avoid avoid! Good trampoline, horrendous customer service and spare parts never in stock. Left with an unusable 700£ product.

Poor customer service
I’ve owned my trampoline for about 2.5 years. The frame became deformed. After multiple emails to isolate the issue I was told the top rails needed replacing. The price they quoted me was more than the total cost of the trampoline!

UFO swing
Avoid at all costs, long story short, the product took nearly 6 weeks to be delivered. After 4 weeks of use the bearing in the top mount has broken meaning the swing no longer spins. The ropes don’t stay tight either so the basket is constantly slipping down on one side. Put that to the fact the product had scuff marks all over it when I unpacked it and I’m not happy. However a quick email to jumpking and the whole thing is sorted....WRONG....after 2 emails with no reply, countless phone calls to an answer machine and no call back I literally may as well have rolled up £180 and flushed it down the loo...which is about as much use to my daughters right now as this bloody swing.

No One There?
Ordered replacement net which arrived promptly but was incorrect item. I have tried repeatedly calling, emailing, webchat and website contact form, all with no response - I've resorted to opening a PayPal case to try and retrieve my money - steer clear!

Zero customer service!!!!!
This is my 3rd Jumpking trampoline and I received it about 3 weeks ago. It turned up with 1missing part and damage to the net.
I have tried to contact jumpking multiple times via email, helpline and message service and no reply!!! I understand during covid 19 businesses have reduced service’s but if you carrying selling a product you should provide some sort of customer service unfortunately jumpking.eu has not.
I feel letdown and frustrated that I have purchased a trampoline and it’s turned up damaged and can not get hold of jumpking customer service To resolve the problem.
In future I will shop elsewhere for my products..
