Ordered on a monday came on the Wednesday, really fast delivery well packaged ,great little trampoline for the grandkids . Sturdy, well built , great instructions , good company to deal with 👍

Purchase on the Tuesday, delivered Thursday, the DX delivery guy was excellent. Three boxes, well packaged. First, the best instructions are super, the best I have ever used. Step by step, great guidance, even helpful hints and tips. All parts are numbered, including screws, bolts and extras. Built by myself in about 3 hours.

Materials used are well made, every hole exact and precise.

Came with everything, including, ladder and kit to fasten it down.

My grandchildren love it.

So, great web site, fast and professional delivery, excellent quality product with fantastic instructions.

I bought a trampoline from this company a few years back and the customer service was excellent. This week I needed a replacement v ring for a new trampoline which i got from Zero Gravity and again the customer service was exceptional. Thanks

2/3 boxes delivered quite quickly but 3rd box still hasn’t arrived a week later despite numerous attempts and days waiting in for the promised delivery.
Poor service and attitude from zero gravity who refused a refund. Blocked from sharing my experience in social media.

Bought a 14ft Zero Gravity through Amazon almost 6 years ago. Its been great. We've ordered parts directly from Zero Gravity as needed due to weathering, wear and tear, etc. Recently ordered some spares and 1 item was missed out on the order, but customer service was brilliant and had it shipped out within 24hrs of initial email. Can't recommend them enough!

I had to make a review like 3/4 years after my purchase from this company, the trampoline I purchased here 3/4 years ago is amazing great structure amazing at withstanding the elements was easy tutorials on building ect, this is still going strong after 3 winters and a few storms and can easily order spares if needed to as well, highly recommended to anyone thinking of buying a trampoline this summer

Great product after over a year now it looks great and all parts including netting around is holding up well.
I can also recommend this guys for there great customer service. In our case wife had ordered a 12 foot that was too big for our garden we had to get it swop to a 8 feet one. They were very supportive and they did refund the difference as promised with in 2-3 days.

From looking to order and help to ordering and the speed it arrived seemed quicker than building it. Incredible customer service team they are a credit to your company

I ordered a replacement frame pad for our trusty ZeroGravity trampoline after the old one had been torn apart by crazy winds.

The part which quickly arrive was the wrong size, despite being labelled correctly on the box it came in.

Customer services were brilliant and organised a replacement part which came almost immediately.

Ordered the magic carpet swing Fri at 12.10pm and arrived next day at 1.20pm. Excellent delivery service and was easy to put up. It’s a fantastic swing the children love it. Good solid piece of equipment. Would highly recommend!

We bought a 10 foot trampoline just under a year ago, assembled as instructed, had sited on flat grass. Initially all seemed fine, until the legs started bending under the trampoline. Now we are forever pulling the legs out, but they nearly immediately start folding under again, even under the weight of a small 9 year old girl. If it deforms doing the activity it was designed for then I would argue it is not fit for purpose. To add to this a lot of the screws and bolts have sheared through. I contacted customer service and they suggested some tape, they also directed me to their spares website to replace all 8 T joints. A cost and hassle I don’t feel I should have to bear. To replace the T joints involves removing all the springs and effectively fully dismantling the trampoline. Clearly there are parts that, in my opinion, are not robust enough for the job they need to do. Sadly, I would not recommend this product.

Glad I chose this design and company, company are awesome I ordered the 12x8 ultima 5 version Wednesday night was delivered Friday company is really good and easy to communicate with highly recommended as do with the trampoline, you can tell it’s sturdy well made and really nice to look at, remember when choosing your model to deduct Aprox 3 feet side and top for your jump space ie my 12x8f trampoline has a 9x5f jump space this is because it’s built with safety in mind this is why I love this model very sturdy very secure and hardy and nice to look at, also easy to build i pottered about myself building bits here and there throughout the day prob a 5 hour solo build time I got stumped for half a hour by mixing up the locking screws and wondering why I couldn’t get them to fit 🤦‍♂️ Apart from that human divy moment it’s really easy to put up slots together great and my kid (6) never been off this he loves it highly recommend for safety, better bounce, materials ect, wins in every department for price aswell

Fantastic company to deal with would highly recommend. Easy to order the trampoline. We have a 15ft x 10ft - currently still in the box as its only arrived today, but keen to review them as an excellent company. Kept updated at every stage of the process right up to delivery. Even when delivery company only delivered part of the order they were straight on the case and got things sorted. Very impressed with their customer service....just have to put the trampoline together now, which according to the kids "it's easy!"

We bought a 14ft trampoline a few months ago. My 3 kids have been on it and it’s been great.
Good quality build, and when we did have a small issue with a zip on the enclosure their customer service was better than expected with a new part sent out the very next day.

Firstly the customer service I received was excellent, I got fast, friendly and helpful replies to all emails, as well as follow up emails regarding dispatch etc. The trampoline was delivered quickly, even on a bank holiday, and the quality is exceptional. We ordered a 7x10ft trampoline, the price was fair, and it wasn't too difficult to put together either. My daughter loves her new trampoline, and i'm happy that she's safe. Highly recommended.

This review is both for the trampoline and after sales service.

We were a little late in buying a trampoline compared to everyone else with kids stuck in lockdown last summer, so ended up buying at, what we considered, the higher end of the price bracket with an 8ft Zero Gravity trampoline. However, having now seen friend’s cheaper ones that did not survive the summer, the quality and thus value for money is now showing over those from the usual supermarket and catalogue retailer high street stores.

It’s not all been smooth ownership though, we moved house and when we disassembled and reassembled the trampoline there were some broken parts. Whilst this could have knocked my rating down, the customer service kept it at 5 stars. I emailed asking what I could do, and within minutes I had a phone call from Sorin asking for more info and pictures to help. They advised that we had the trampoline set up in a less than optimal way, and dispatched several new parts and tools the next day, all free of charge, and threw in some complimentary jump socks for my kids. They followed up to make sure the parts had arrived and everything was in order.

I’ve subsequently also discovered that you can buy all the spare parts on their website, should I need to outside of the warranty period, and I am really impressed at the prices. They could easily follow the usual model of making it too expensive to fix and cheaper to replace, but I consider the replacement parts very reasonable, such as new jump mat for 13quid and bolts at less than a pound for a multipack etc.

I think this is a rare company in today’s world that honour their warranty without quibble, and actually make sustaining the product affordable, which clearly has good environmental benefits as well as the customer’s pocket.

Was a little worried about ordering from these with hardly any reviews. But I can't fault them, ordered and received 2 days later (with covid-19 going on). Great quick communication when I emailed asking about tracking my parcel. No complaints about the materials used. Great trampoline, great bounce to it too!
Had it for about a month and still no complaints. Today we received some new springs (without ordering or emailing) as theyve upgraded them. We currently don't need them but will use them in the future if needed.

We ordered wed and it arrived thu. Good quality, well explained instructions and fair price. While many sellers hiked their prices due to the lack of trampolines at the moment (May 2020), these guys are the exception.

Bad quality metal tabs bent straight away

I did not find any reviews here so was unsure about the legitimacy of the site in fact. Once ordering during the lockdown (to allow kids to release their energy while cooped up at home during the Covid-19 pandemic), it was dispatched the next day. The logistics company (Yodel) were of course inundated while low on staff and high online demand in general, so it took two more days than the next day delivery at this time, but this could be expected. I had called up the company behind this website, Stack m High Ltd, and they are confirmed that the order was on its way and provided the tracking number.

Our Ultima 4 trampoline did arrive, we assembled it, with not a piece missing (the few spare screws/bolts included is always appreciated in case one gets lost) and we are appreciative of the service offered at this time.
