Very hard to assemble single-handed. (Not everyone has help available). The instructions are atrocious as they display the fitting of the springs incorrectly (the wrong way round) and the illustrations hopeless, and the use of English very dubious. The hook to pull the springs into place isn't up to the job, even if you have the strength, you just move the trampoline as a whole as its very flimsy. In the end, I devised a tourniquet to wrap round the frame and draw the spring into place, I may even patent it. The height is also too low. It's supposed to take 100kg but it would hit the ground if this much weight was bouncing. It gets very close with an 11 year old on it. If it hadn't been such a nightmare to assemble, I'd have returned it and bought a bigger one, different make, with more height.

Excellent service an great delivery.

Quick and easy to order, helpful customer service and a great quality product, thank you

Good quality, punctual delivery. Excellent communication from the suppliers.

Delivered on due date but some packages damaged and bits falling out. Trampoline went up well although instructions could be clearer as some stages had to be reworked due to lack of clear instructions

Great communication after purchase, fast delivery.
Easy to assemble, happy children!

Kids love it. Had the value within days from this. Good thick steel tubing. Easy to put together for 2 people. Should last a good few years

Great service - Excellent product - Fun for all the family & friends.

The instructions were ok and the trampoline was satisfactorily erected.

After ordering, I received a call to confirm my order. My order arrived the next day and I am really pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend 😊

Unfortunately it as not been put up yet They have still too put the old one down. I'm sure it will be as we have had a few over the years with lots of grandchildren. I must just say the staff and delivery are brilliant.

This company is fab! I have purchased 2 trampolines from here and the reason I chose it again was because of the amazing service. The communication is second to none. They call you when they receive your order from you , they message you at each stage and they are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend them not only because the product is great but because the whole experience is very pleasant, efficient and professional.

Great customer service and quality trampoline my children absolutely love it! Thank you.

Excellent service with helpful honest advice.

Very helpful web site with lots of advice . Delivery very quick . Trampoline easy to put up and my granddaughter just loves it .

Quick delivery

Good communication, quick delivery time. The quality of the product is very good although the instructions could be improved. I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

Excellent quality trampoline at a really good price, but had a problem with a couple of welds after a year. Contacted them, and have replacement parts coming under warranty within a few days.
Absolutely stellar customer service, would reccomend whole heartedly.

Arrived on time, good product, kids love it, Was a bit tricky to fit springs as you do require considerable strength however assume that would be the same for any trampoline. Happy with purchase.
