Shine Kitchen CO. Easy Cold Press Juicer

This was first time I was ordering from Juicers.ie and i order Shine Kitchen CO. Easy Cold Press Juicer With XL Feed. I can say that very happy with fast delivery and also with juicer. Very nice looking, quiet juicer and also cleaning is so easy. Looking forward to use this juicer for a long time :)

Juicers.ie has very fast delivery and good service

Juicers.ie has very fast delivery. They even called me 2 times. 1 time after the postman tried to deliver at my house (I was not home) so the called me, to make sure I knew where to pick up my package.
2 time after I have picked up my package, to be sure that everything was in order, and if i was satisfied.
VERY GOOD SERVICE *****.

Swiftly delivered

Very slow delivery process

It’s been a month since I’ve bought a Kitchenaid and it hasn’t arrived yet. Obviusly I’m very disappointed with the delivery process. Poor comunication department.
I have ordered from the official website on Monday and it will be home Friday, that’s what I’m talking about. Now it’s in Belgium, Friday will be in Barcelona. I don’t know why they are so slow with that but it’s something wrong in the way they work.

PD: “There was an issue with the address which needed to be verified…” You confused the company name for the adress that I provided you in the first place, that was the “issue”. Seur tried to deliver the parcel without calling or contacting me to set an hour where I could be home, they never called me to know where I was actually at the time they attemted the delivery. Now they don’t know where the parcel is, and I know that because I called them, not because of you. Everything about you is quite disappointing.

I am sorry that you feel the delivery of your parcel is slow. I have looked into your order and your email correspondence with our support team. I can see that your emails have been responded to promptly and you have been kept informed about your delivery. There was an issue with the address which needed to be verified with yourself and then DPD attempted delivery on 17th January and then again on 18th January and there was no one available to accept the parcel. Hence, I appreciate your frustration, however, the delay has not been from our end. Nevertheless, I apologise for your dissatisfaction.

Excellent company to buy from!

I was happy to find this product available for sale in Ireland. The Cuisinart ice cream maker is an expensive machine, but once you use it and taste the ice cream, it is a keeper. I looked at many ice cream makers before making this choice. The selling company made the purchase, payment and delivery process seamless.

SCAM COMPANY - PISSING ON THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

AVOID BUYING HERE! This Company is scamming foreign customers. Forget about getting any help if a problem occurs. I’m a Portuguese customer who fell for their online ads here in Portugal and bought a kitchen aid machine for €600, they just forgot to mention, that they are not adjusting their products to the markets they are targeting, meaning I have a machine with a 3-plug, not a EU plug. Back and forth with the company, they don’t even accept my return and refuse to corporate about finding a solution.

1. They actively advertise and target EU countries in their marketing

2. They choose to ship to EU countries

3. They don’t mention anything about 3-pin plug in description, making the customer take it for granted that the company naturally is adapting their products to local standards where they are operating.

The product was bought for a Christmas gift which made it impossible to figure out the issue within 2 weeks. Juicers.ie are ice cold and basically telling me to “shut up” and keep the product! They don’t care at all and are just misleading you completely. I’ll never be using this product. I don’t want to deal with a converter on a high end product - it takes quality away from the experience and just makes it not cool. I can tell from my conversations with the support team, that this company will not be supportive should any problem occur, so beware - I can’t recommend anyone to take chances with them. They are terrible and arrogant to speak with and their arguments are so poor. It's like talking to a child who can't understand common sense and definetly have no idea about their responsabilities as a company with B2C sales all over Europe. You have to adapt to local standards as a company, when choosing to operate and do sales abroad, but they completely fail to do so. I found this company only because they were pushing sales to Portugal via ads. Do they also avoid paying VAT abroad where they are operating? Thats their argument all the way through, they are IRISH, meaning they have no responsibilities whats so ever. Fraudsters is what they are. This company has lowest moral standards that I have ever seen.

Juicers.ie say in their reply that they ship the product with an adaptor, which is not true. The product did not come with an adaptor. Juicers.ie has now finally accepted to take back the product and I have returned it to them.

I am very sorry that you are dissatisfied. I have read the email correspondence with our support team who tried to explain to you that when sending products outside Ireland, we include an adaptor with the product and it can be used with the adaptor which is perfectly safe. We have many customers purchasing from outside of Ireland who use the product with the adaptor provided with no issues. We are an Irish based company so our products have to be compatible for the country where we are based. The same principle is purchasing from Portugal for delivery in Ireland. It is inevitable that the product will come with a two pin plug because, the local country has two pin plug sockets. As you were not happy to use the product with the adaptor that was sent with your product, the support team have sent you the returns instructions so that you can return the product for a refund.

I feel I am being scammed

I feel I am being scammed. I have ordered my juicers over three months ago. The first order never arrived. No evidence of any order coming through, no request of customs fees, no notice from the delivery of a failed attempt... When I contact customer service they ask me to pay again for shipping and will send me a new one as it looks it was returned to the depot. The second shipment again miraculously does not arrive. I work from home, there is no way I could miss a shipment when it said it would arrive. I have paid almost 600 euros for this juicer 3 months ago and now would like a refund and I am not getting anywhere. I don't know what's happening??? Has anyone had the same or similar experience. I am left without a refund and without the juicer. Please help.

I am sorry that you are not satisfied. I have investigated into the issue with your delivery and can confirm that the first time your order was dispatched, the parcel was attempted delivery three times and you were not available to accept the parcel. Hence, the parcel was returned back to ourselves. The parcel was then re-dispatched and on this occasion, DPD had an internal processing error which resulted in the parcel being returned back. Following the second return, the full refund has been issued to you via Paypal which was your payment method. Paypal have also confirmed that you have received the full refund for the purchase.


We have been in business for over 13 years now and have had many happy customers. In your particular case, we were simply following the procedures of waiting to receive your parcel back and then the full refund was issued which is standard practice across the retail industry.

My Kitchen Aid Purchase Experience

I have owned a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer for decades while living in the US. I couldn’t bring it with me when I recently moved to Europe, and I was thrilled to find that I could get one from Juicers. From a placing my order to delivery the service was faultless. I’m very happy with my product.

The best place to get blenders in…

The best place to get blenders in Ireland. Good choice and prices of high quality blenders (and other things presumably, but I was interested in blenders). Good prices and quick delivery. Did not require much communication as everything went well so can't comment on that. Could have sent over a tracking number, but given it was a local Dublin delivery it did not matter. Overall highly recommended.

Indifference to after sales issues and queries

We bought a Sana 727 supreme and oil extractor - a purchase of over €900. Delivery excellent however after sales support very poor. The oil extractor has very sharp edges resulting in several deep lacerations when assembling the unit with the result that we will be unlikely to ever use it. The response from the team on advising them of the issue was indifference. I would also caution on the videos on the website as a guide to what is actually included with the purchase - specifically recipe books and cleaning brushes as demonstrated in the videos do not come with the purchase. Again the response on querying this was it was a marketing team video and no responsibility for the misleading demonstration was forthcoming. Disappointing experience overall - buyer beware.

I note no reference to the indifference to after sales queries in your defensive response to the feedback given. In my experience once you get defensive you’ve lost the audience and the argument. My experience remains negative

Thank you for you review and I am very sorry that you are unhappy. I have investigated into the issue with your order after purchase with our Support team and can see that Mr Thompson emailed our support team advising that there was a sharp burred edge on one part of the oil extractor which was the mounting unit. He went on to further advise that in order to use the oil extractor, he removed the sharp edge with a small round file and he was happy to use the oil extractor. He just wanted clarification in regards to the mounting unit coming into contact with water following the filing as the manual stated that it should never be washed. He advised that he had splashed water on it, to which we confirmed that the Sana Service Department had advised that his warranty would not be affected and that splashing water once would not cause any problems with the mounting unit.

In regards to the video on our website on the Sana 727 Supreme juicer, my colleague from the support team did reply advising that we do not state in the video that the cleaning brush and book are included. She did explain that in the video, you can also see other kitchen appliances, as its a showroom kitchen but it doesn't necessarily mean that all the items visible in the video are included with the product.

Unfortunately, the marketing team can't remove everything from the kitchen when recording the video, as they need knives, chopping boards, cleaning brushes, cleaning liquid etc just as you would need in your kitchen when juicing with your Sana 727 Supreme juicer. The kitchen appliances and kitchen accessories are visible in the video for decorative purposes to try replicate a normal kitchen otherwise, the background would look very bland.

All products come with a manual and the parts that you would have received with your Sana 727 Supreme juicer will be in line with the manual. Hence, in your instance, the manual would not state that the Sana 727 Supreme comes with a recipe book and cleaning brush.

Excellent customer service

I have already received a quick response to my queries before I bought it, and the same during the process. I had a problem with customs and they helped me to solve it easily and kindly (buying from Spain). The feeling I've had is that they are always on the other side of the computer to help you. I was attended by Julia, who was helpful and efficient.
I bought Omega H3000D Horizontal Slow Juicer. At the moment I've only used it for celery juice, and the device is effective and clean.

Terrible follow up service

Terrible follow up service. I purchased a Kuvings evo 820 from them but now I need a spare part for the machine. It shows constantly "out of stock"on their website as do all the other parts. Rang them and they just couldn't care less.
