I purchased a blender from them and then quickly changed my mind about the colour so I sent them an email on the day I purchased it. They quickly got back to me and told me they were going to send me the correct one and they did and it came quickly.

In particular thank you Amy for your help throughout my first ever purchase and will definitely come back in the forceable future for more. Delivery from order to dispatch was so quick. Very Happy.

Hurom warranty is pointless!

I purchased a Hurom H400 2 years ago. The very small black plastic latch that secures the waste split. It wasn't forced as the company told me. The warranty is useless. It's just cost me £26 for a tiny piece of plastic. I expected better customer service after paying over £500 for the machine around two years ago.

As your juicer has been in use since 2023, the damage to the juice outlet latch would not be considered a manufacturing defect but rather wear and tear to a plastic component over time. For this reason, the part is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and a replacement was offered at the applicable cost.

We appreciate that this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for and are sorry that you feel disappointed by our service. We value all customer feedback and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team.

Avoid – No Replacement and No Refund After 2 Months

I purchased a product from Juices.co.uk which arrived damaged. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the issue and agreed to exchange the item. I returned the product as instructed, and they received it.

Unfortunately, more than two months have now passed, and I still have neither the replacement product nor a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company for an update, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

At this point, the company has both the returned product and my payment, while I have received nothing in return. This has been a very frustrating experience and has left me with little confidence in their customer service and after-sales support.

I hope the company resolves this matter promptly, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.

To provide some context, after you reported the damaged item, we acknowledged the issue and confirmed that we would be sending you a replacement. However, before the replacement could be processed, you raised a payment dispute through your payment provider.

Once a payment dispute is opened, the transaction is placed into the payment provider's dispute process, and we are unable to issue a replacement or refund until the dispute has been resolved. This unfortunately caused the delay, which was outside of our control.

We understand how frustrating this must have been and appreciate your patience while the dispute was ongoing. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible and regret that, in this case, the dispute process delayed the outcome which was out of our control.

Dr Anthony and I have had superb experiences with Amy and Oliver from Juicers recently! We bought a second glass blender goblet for my sister's KitchenAid Blender which I bought to replace her black well used die-cast AGA kMix blender from 2008 which unfortunately is no longer made. Juicers recently advertised a glass goblet then a juicer attachment for the die-cast K400 blender which incidentally fits the K150 too. My sister tried her new juicer attachment immediately by juicing 4 oranges as I watched. She is finding this attachment very useful to keep out in her utility room next to her blender and now uses her Kenwood Chef juicer attachment as well when batch juicing for a party! I am pleased that I took the plunge and bought my sister the KitchenAid K400 juicer attachment even though I knew she already had an alternative citrus juicer attachment for her Kenwood Chef!

Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixer

I ordered a Kitchen Aid Artisan 125. It was a very good price, and next day delivery. It did arrive the next day with tracking, and was very well packaged. I ordered a second one, for my daughter, which also arrived the next day. I would use this company again.

Great Company And Fast Delivery

Great company. I ordered my KitchenAid kettle and it arrived the very next day. They were competitively priced as well so got a good deal and great service. I'll use Juicers again in the future and would highly recommend them.
