I bought a Cuisinart Toaster, I'm very happy with it. The price was very good and the delivery was fast. I would order from Juicers again.
I ordered a cheese making machine at the end of July. I never received a shipping notice. The item, which cost over 100 euros has not arrived. I contacted them and was told they were “looking into it “ and that it would take three days, but that was two weeks ago. I have called them and written daily since then. They no longer reply to my emails. I will try to reclaim the money from my bank. Do not order anything from these people.

Première fois de ma vie que je vois un site autant arnaqué ses clients. Achat d’un blender Blendtec pour 600€. Le Blender arrive chez moi défaillant des la première utilisation. Odeur de cramé et bruit anormal, j’ai plusieurs blenders de cette marque je les connais par cœur . J’en informe Juicers, qui met énormément de temps à réagir, il me faudra plus d’un mois pour leur renvoyer avec de multiples pressions car selon eux, il doivent voir si la marque souhaite le faire retourner en garantie. À plusieurs reprises, alors que le bien est neuf et que j’ai fait part du problème des la première semaine. Ils me disent qu’ils ne vont rien prendre en charge. Après plusieurs pressions sur plus d’un mois et demi, ils reprennent le blender, le gardent plus d’un mois et me le rendent identique avec les mêmes problèmes et défauts et ils me disent qu’il était bien dysfonctionnel et qu’il a été réparé. Même odeur de cramé + même bruit anormal. Je leur demande de récupérer leur blender et de me rembourser ou de m’en donner un nouveau. Ils me disent qu’ils ne feront rien de tout ça car le blender est utilisé à usage professionnel alors qu’il ne devrait pas. Il avait fonctionné 1 jour seulement… il n’a jamais été réparé et je n’ai jamais été remboursé. 600€ à la poubelle et aucune possibilité de leur faire entendre raison car ils sont de très mauvaise foi… ARNAQUE
Good price for the product I wanted and delivered quickly. Communication also good. Would definitely order from them again.
I spent over €700 on an item and even paid extra for express delivery — despite it being advertised as free — just to make sure I’d get it in time for a gift before going abroad. I still had 6 working days, but it never arrived. I told them I would cancel if it didn’t arrive by the end of the week — and I did.
The parcel was returned the same day it was delivered (while I was away), and I never even saw or touched it. Yet nearly 40 days later, they’re still holding my money and trying to make me responsible, even though the courier has the item.
You will get no support if something goes wrong with your order.
Now I have to go through even more stress and pain just to fight for my rights and get my money back — because this company clearly doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong.
They do not care. Please avoid this company for your own peace of mind.
Disgraceful service. Never again.
My experience was fantastic! Excellent product (Vitamix A3500i), excellent staff (Julia) & quick to respond to all communications.

There was no detailed tracking information, so it let me a bit unsure at first, but the product arrived shortly with no issues.

Then may I humbly recommend you remove all references to the product being a softener. When I purchased the item, and of this date (22/5/2025) the website refers to the item as a softener in its description and several times in the text. For example:
"The SimplySoft can be installed as a stand alone water SOFTENER"
"SLOW PHOS Salt-Free Water SOFTENING Technology"
There are also comparisons between this device and salt-based softeners throughout the text on the page.
If this product is, as you state, not a softener, then why has it been described as such?

Everything I have ordered from this company has usually arrived on time.
Sadly the company sometimes suffers (not unexpected) delays and I have been in the situation where I am using out of date filters in my Aquasana Whole House filter system. My recommendation is to keep plenty of stocks of filters in your cupboard, do not wait until you have used your last filter before re-ordering.
I did complement my system with the Aquasana SimplySoft Salt Free Water Softener last year. I was taken by the description of how it worked and as I have a septic tank, and was worried about the amount of salt water affecting its proper functioning, this seemed like a good idea.
Sadly for me, it doesn't work, at all.
It's advertised to soften water and to stop spotting and limescale. It does none of these. If anything, I would go so far as to say my watermarking is worse than ever! Certainly the water is no softer as I have run comparison tests (before and after fitting) on the supply and there was zero difference. I still have to descale my kettle and coffee machine twice weekly.
So a mixed review. I know these companies just sell this stuff, but when I reviewed the Aquasana SimplySoft Salt Free Water Softener on their website, they did not publish it, so I can only assume they just didn't want a bad review being the only review for the product. However, I highly recommend if you are looking for softer water with less limescale build-up on your appliances, this product is NOT the one you want.
In fairness, the Aquasana Whole House Well Water Filter has been excellent. The main filter is booked to last 3-4 years, and it has, and more. It's needing replacement now as water throughput has evidently reduced, and as I am changing the pre-filter at the required 3 months (earlier in winter) the flow rate is noticeably slower now, suggesting the main filter is clogging. I won't be replacing the main filter with another Aquasana, but only because my house is now of an age that the government will pay 90% of the cost of a new filter, but I have to use a listed supplier. If that were not the case, I would replace the main filter with Aquasana.
On a negative point, the Sterilight UV bulbs and Quartz Tubes/Sleeves are ridiculously overpriced on this website at €179 and €119. I get the same items at £30 and £24 at another online site, so my advice is to shop around for the bulbs and sleeves. €179 for a bulb that lasts a year makes running the system too expensive by far. I rather think Juicers are taking the mickey on their pricing quite a lot!

If I could give less than a star I would.
I tried to purchase a Fritaire air fryer (6th April 2025) only to find out, the day after, that my order was cancelled because the company doesn’t allow Juicers IE to ship outside Ireland and/or the UK - I live in Italy.
They tell me that I will receive a refund in 1-3 working days. After four working days my refund is not on my bank account.
I contact them asking where my money is, they send me a screenshot “proving” that the refund was correctly issued, and I should then receive it.
More days pass, and I still don’t get my money back. I contact my bank, to see if there is a problem with my account, and they tell me to ask for the ARN code - an INTERNATIONAL CODE for refunds - so that they can check if everything is alright, if it’s just a matter of time.
I then send I don’t know how many emails asking very clearly for this code to an embarrassing customer service who replies, desperately “I sent you all I had”, up to a wonderful “Are you sure you checked the right bank account?”, while I repeatedly try to talk with a more competent if not department, at least colleague, but nothing.
They totally disappeared.
After almost 20 days of constant back and forth, they shut the door with no explanation.
And I only asked for a code. I can’t imagine if I had to send back a malfunctioning item how crazy that would be.
Juicers? No thank you!

It was my 2nd purchase in this website. I ordered the same machine and it came faulty, making erratic noise from the engine, light blinking, burning smell.
They refuse to replace the machine and even after several email exchange with videos documenting the machine's faulty behavior they keep stating there's nothing wrong with it.
They offer to take it back with a cost and redution on the refund.
Terrible customer service, it's useless to call, they drag the response via email. It's been almost a month since I order a faulty machine and still don't have a resulotion to my problem.

Jeg har bestilt en airfryer, men min ordre blev annuleret. Jeg skriv til firmaet, hvor de svarede mig dagen efter og hvor jeg fik min penge tilbage 2 dage efter. Alt i alt en god service. De får 4 og ikke 5 stjerner, fordi jeg blev ikke informeret om hvorfor de har annulleret min ordre, før at jeg selv henvendt mig og spurgt til det.
Great service, good delivery. I ordered an ice maker, and was a little worried about the conversion in my own country, but they added a converter themselves (even though the machine had an extra cord, compatible with my power outlet). Great service, fast delivery, not hassle!
