I wish I could vote zero!! New to the site, I deposited 4x and without bonus with some as well... last deposit I had to play through $12925.00... which i did (betting only $1-$2 max!
I complete verification and cash out to be told that I violated the policy and played a progressive jackpot game... Tundra Wolf.
The game shows NO indication that it is a progressive jackpot when opening the game. Of the $12925.00 that i wagered, I MAYBE played $20 on that game and didn't win more than $1.
I have the screenshots of the game where it does NOT state that it is a progressive jackpot game!!!! Csr sends a link confirming that it is a progressive and says...sorry too bad and they confiscated my winnings. $1610.00!!!!! This is not fair, there is nothing to warn that it is progressive and I did NOT profit on that game out of the almost $13,000 I wagered!
I deserve my winnings and will take this as far as I can until I receive my winnings. Take the measly $2 I won, do not penalize me when there was nothing to warn me! All other progressives show a jackpot amount!

UPDATE: 10th september, asked them on email months ago about this refund they promised upon their response to my review - no response again as my card details changed so still never received this refund they promised!!!

I’ve been meaning to write this for a while and have put it off however the issue is still on my mind and wish to raise a complaint as I do feel I was genuinely misinformed and therefore wrongly treated overall.

I had an account, gemnria13 and closed it. Honestly I cannot remember why now but I did. I spoke with someone on the chat who I asked blatantly if I’m able to open another account. They said yes I was. So I did. I opened another with username Gemmae. I came to withdraw some funds and it was not being processed so I enquired into this. They then told me that I was in breach of terms and conditions for another opening of an account and therefore the funds were not accessible to me.

Along the way as well, there was a bonus on my account which I had not approved and asked for this to be removed. they said this was not possible so the funds I won to my knowledge all my own, then became “wager requirement” held. I was fully unaware of this and I won that money fairly in my eyes. It was about £400. I asked for this to be sent to my account due to the lack of my knowledge and they refused. They advised for this to become wager free I’d have to wager over £6000 worth which I felt to be very wrong so I then closed this account on principle.

I feel this was unfairly discussed to me. I was not aware of this on my account for both the opening of another account after one was closed along with this bonus which I did not feel was valid to my winnings but more of an excuse to withhold this money from me. As a fairly long standing customer at that time I felt sincerely let down, misinformed and treated poorly by some of the chat advisors.

I am not sure what you can do or what I expect out of this however it’s been on my mind for a long time and I trust my gut that I was treated with some failure and felt I was being withheld funds purposely.
I’d really appreciate just to look into this issue and I don’t want to reopen the account as I do not agree with these funds then being wager requirement held nor do I have faith in your casino any longer but I do wish for it to be investigated please.

I would definately avoid this casino, there is something very strange going on here. I deposited and noticed the merchants were from different companies in Africa, like shopping stores and music companies, and even a farm at one stage. I had played quite a lot and wanted to take a break so i asked for the account to be closed. They closed it but allowed me to reopen the next day. i deposited over 180 and then they decided to close it again on their own terms. When asked about the merchants he just told me not to worry and wouldn't give me an answer about it.

I would also like to state I self excluded twice in thus casino not several times as per the response from Joya. They have messed up an account was reopened when it shouldn't have been! End off

Received a no deposit bonus so I thought I’d give it a try. Won a little money, played it through from a list of games I was directed to play from and had around $500 CDN leftover. Was told that I could only withdraw $50 euro after making a $10 euro deposit. Not a problem. So I made the deposit and then was told that my no deposit bonus was invalid because a game in the list of games I was directed to play from wasn’t valid, although I messaged customer support numerous times asking if I would be able to withdraw after I deposited the minimum &10 euro. Now that I think about it, they never truly gave me a straight answer. Just “you will only be able to withdraw a maximum of 50 euro with this no deposit bonus. Oh yeah, and my deposit wasn’t enough to allow me to withdraw either. It has to be 30 euro using the method of deposit I had used. If that doesn’t sound like the biggest scam out there I do t know what is. And my initial deposit wasn’t enough to gains first deposit bonus either after all this. So if you’re looking for a casino that you can trust, keep looking. Complete scam. Friendly customer service tho. I’d be happy too if I just scammed people and had zero conscience. Awaiting for the reply here explaining to me that I’m in the wrong, but in a really friendly manner.

Edit: After reading my review, joya casino returned the money to my casino account and allowed me to withdraw to my bank account. I of course have to change my one star rating to five now as they fixed the issue and held up their end of the bargain, in the process gaining my trust and loyalty. I also had the absolute best customer service experience of my life and honestly made a new friend haha. Alex was more than accommodating and we actually chatted for hours. I’ve never been so impressed. Bravo joya casino. You have exemplified how to create a negative experience and turn it into a positive. I thank you for this positive experience and will from now on be a loyal customer.

They abuse the bonus terms, saying that you played a progresive slot so they can delete your money at bonus.
If you dont allow dear casino the progressive slots at bonus , just dont allow to open thos slots, like you do on another slots that you dont allow.
But no, you simply leave it like that so you can abuse the bonus terms in your favor and delete players balance
After telling me that progresive bonus slot game that i played was Wild fruit Jam, i just checked the game and it doesnt say nowhere that it has progresive jackpot.
