Terrible quality products I received.
Continued lack of reply from customer service and when I finally got one it was barely understandable and referred to something I hadn't complained about.
I've left negative feedback on all platforms they advertise on and they got in touch asking if I wanted a refund which didn't even cover a fraction of the purchase cost, let one half of the postage cost.
Huge No from me.

Shame on you taking advantage of people during a pandemic.

I ordered two "The Comfy Originals' from them almost three weeks to get to me and when the package finally arrived it incorrect. I didn't get what I ordered and the quantity was wrong. The Comfy Orignal was pictured on the website (which BTW it isn't anymore.) They return policy is blindly send a package back then you wait while they decide if you are entitled to a refund. You will be thoroughly disappointed if you order from them. I have no doubt that all of the good reviews they have here are fake. Let's get companies like this off the internet.

This is a SCAM.. I had ordered & paid for goods in September & continuously followed up with ‘Jasmine’ and to date no update. I wish I had read this reviews and some reviews are positive but I think that is just them posting. I wish the owners & their families sickness, accidents and bad Karma for 3 generations! You shall reap what you sow...How do we get this companies OFF the internet?

PLEASE do not waste your money. This is a scam. After learning the hard way, I dug into this company and this scam is far-reaching and is operating under many, many, many different "companies." Beware of Mokicon, Fashion Lulus, Americtops, Hoodiesin, Erenmall, Sweater Nova and many more. Steer very clear of this company and its counterparts. Do research first and not after you were scammed like me.

My first couple orders went unhinged but this last order came and was returned and if I weren’t following up on my package I wouldn’t have heard from Anyone. Still haven’t received my package and it’s almost a month.

I'm happy with my purchases. They arrived in a timely manner. They were exactly as pictured and look good on. I will order again.

Excellent sets of sunglasses for price. Due to covid postage time was a little while but that was expected. I'm currently waiting on a few parcels from all over which are taking longer than usual. But overall from Jollyhola was an excellent purchase for price. I love the sunglasses and get alot of looks.

Hands off! Chinese scam shop.
They steal a Video and actually send bad quality products.

The identical sunglasses they sell for 30 $ on facebook you can order for between 2 and 4 $ on wish.

I ordered 4 sunglasses because I thought it comes from USA and trusted the refund policy.

I received cheap ass junk sunglasses and they offered me.some.kinds watch or 10 $ back or I would have to send it back to China for like 50 $.

They didn't respond on my emails for some days, then they answeres and wanted to know the reason why I want to return it.

I explained it. 5 days later I received an email, they asked for the reason why I want to return it.

I answered.

Some days later they wrote me an email. And I should explain my reason for returning again.

Jollyhola is just another of the many chinese scam shops on social media.

Their strategy:

Stealing high quality pictures or videos, sometimes copy a website of the real product.

Sending a low quality product.

If the customer complains they offer a ridiculous amount of money off (e.g. 15 %).

If you decide to send it back it will cost more than the worth of the product.

PayPal won't help you because they actually send you something and offee return.

China is the country of copying, stealing and scamming.

The product itself speaks highly of how they make this glasses look great and how much they put into crafting art. They look amazing. Top Quality.

I got my order and I totally loved my sunglasses, they are so stylish! So I ordered couple more! Great customer service and shipping time.
