I used to support Brics luggage but it not a good idea anymore. The hinge came off and the local from Singapore quoted me $200+ to replace a new ones .
That sounds really frustrating 😔 — especially when a brand markets “lifetime warranty” and then gives you a repair bill of $200+ just for a hinge. Anyone would feel misled.

I ordered a trolley online this sunday. An expensive one. I got the wrong order delivered twice. Order number SE4577. Very bad online delivery experience. I don't trust the brand anymore

Do not order from Bric's directly if you are in the UK! The goods come from Milan so are subject to VAT and customs duties and the process can take ages. None of this is obvious from their website unless you dig around a but. If you want their product then find a local stockist.

Ho acquistato un trolley Bric’s a marzo, quindi non ha nemmeno un anno di vita, confidando nella qualità del marchio. Purtroppo l’esperienza post-vendita è stata estremamente negativa.
Il trolley è stato utilizzato normalmente, per quello per cui è progettato: camminare trascinandolo su superfici urbane standard. Durante un utilizzo del tutto ordinario, una ruota si è staccata, rendendo il trolley inutilizzabile.
Onestamente faccio fatica a capire come questo possa essere imputato al consumatore: come dovrebbe essere usato un trolley, se non camminando?
Alla richiesta di assistenza mi è stata negata la garanzia, nonostante il prodotto abbia meno di un anno, con risposte standard, rimpalli e nessuna reale volontà di valutare il problema. Il servizio clienti si è dimostrato poco collaborativo e per nulla orientato alla soluzione.
Un trolley che perde una ruota con un uso normale e dopo pochi mesi presenta, a mio avviso, un evidente difetto di conformità. Liquidare il problema come “non coperto da garanzia” è semplicemente inaccettabile.
Esperienza molto deludente per un brand che si posiziona come sinonimo di qualità. Alla luce di quanto accaduto, non consiglierei questo marchio, soprattutto per la gestione dell’assistenza post-vendita.

Placed order 04/12 for christmas. Today 17/12 still not shipped and they refuse to cancel order after several request.

I own several Brics cases, sadly I've had issues with each of them. The wheels are a major issue, they are not as smooth running as e.g. a Samsonite suitcase. They also appear to be easily damaged. The whole casing went on one of them necessitating a return of the suitcase to Brics for repair, the cost was >£400. Another case, relatively new, needed 2 new wheels as they were starting to come off, a cost of £46 to replace. The couriers Brics use appear to be cost-driven, the wheels took almost 5 weeks to arrive to me! The service team appears to be run by one person who is difficult to get hold of and appears to get annoyed if one chases. Also, be aware, Brics online purchases do not have a free return service, return costs to Italy are expensive!

Pessimi, dopo un anno dalla mia ultima esperienza con loro posso dire che la rabbia non mi è ancora passata. Nessuna spiegazione, solo una presa in giro dei clienti. Con tutti i soldi che si fanno, non sono in grado di pagare qualcuno di serio per gestire il customer service, ma è possibile? Ho acquistato un kit sostitutivo di ruote. Mi risponde in chat Wathapp una persona che si qualifica come "Manager" di nome Renato (bello caricarsi di titoli).
Inizialmente sembrava gentile per vendermi il kit che spiega essere facile da montare e da fare a casa, sconsigliandomi vivamente di mandare il prodotto in assistenza. Successivamente, dopo il pagamento e l'arrivo del kit a casa esce l'esigenza di utilizzare un sega per staccare le vecchie ruote. Faccio presente che essendo in chat, non può sapere se l'interlocutore in questione ( in questo caso io) è una persona anziana, una persona con difficoltà motorie, ecc ecc. Appena chiedo come mai non mi avesse specificato che dovevo fare il "falegname", di risposta mi vengono inviati degli screnshoot con le recensioni positive che ha ricevuto negli anni(ma nessuno glielo aveva chiesto). Immaginando che siano anche finte queste recensioni visto il suo "gentil" comportamento, gli ripropongo la problematica personale nel tagliare le ruote e la sua risposta si limita nel giudicare la sega utilizzata per tagliare le ruote (non inclusa nel kit), dicendo che fosse economica e andava bene. Risultato: personalmente non aggiusterò la valigia sia perché mi risulta essere molto complicato e non "facile" come dichiarato, ma soprattutto per colpa di persona spregevoli come quella che ho avuto la sfortuna di beccare io che purtroppo fanno cadere anche il buon nome del brand. This is an ongoing issue with this company. We have 2 full sets of the Brics Life luggage set - the wheels on both my wife's suitcase and mine have broken off multiple times. They have zero customer service and are refusing to stand by their warranty. Possibly the worst experience we've ever had with a brand.

Very bad experience. My parcel was delayed by a week. I was away for 2 weeks so could not take it and asked to return it to the sender. Got a refund and was short of 20 pounds. Bad customer service wouldn't recommend it

I’d give zero stars if I could. I bought the 32 inch hardshell luggage which broke after the first use. The first thing that went was the foot broke off. The second time I used it the handle broke off. Their customer service and warranty coverage is a complete waste of time and quite frankly a hoax. If you do not live near any of their service centers you’re out of luck. I would suggest you stay as far away from a Brics you can get.

They appear to have a single employee Renato who continuously ignores all the messages. I have been trying to get a response since July 2025 with no luck

Honestly they should be banned from trading as a business if they lack this much customer service!

Horrible luggage. Their porche design line is pathetic. The quality of the bags is a joke. I bought a set of 3 all three are damaged. The zips don’t work; the worst case now is that the wheels have come off the cabin bag, like snapped off. Pathetic

Après avoir quand même réussi à communiquer par whatsapp la facture/photo du bagage/n° de série... plus rien depuis 1 mois. Malgré des relances quasi-quotidiennes... d'un dommage censé passer en garantie.

Poorest customer service imagineable, do not buy from BRICS if you live in the UK

Ho ricevuto un servizio ottimo e molto professionale. Questo da molto prestigio alla azienda che si occupa dei clienti. Non sono molte le aziende che danno questo tipo di garanzia.

Bad customer service. Asian person attending my wife seemed to be very annoyed because she was asking to see a bag. We end up buying a bag at TOD’S… much better service and product.

To be honest, I wish I had read the reviews here before I spent over £2000 on their luggage. Their repair service is ineffective and their lifetime warranty not worth the paper it is written on. Such a shame as the bags themselves are good. I was about to order 2 more but cancelled the order. I recommend you do the same.

Zero rating. The customer service is terrible. DO NOT TRUST RENATO the repairs guy, he takes your money and doesn’t send you the goods - and then refuses to refund you. A complete scam, and BRICS do NOTHING to help. Absolutely awful company!!!
