I have order sunglasses. I have received the wrond colour twice. I am trying to contact for a refund, but there is no reply

Ordered glasses dayssss ago. Thought, wow, no order#, conf#-emailed for 2days & now, its Better Business Bureau, federal trade commission, my lawyer and bank! They WILL NOT continue to scam us! Im going IN on them for mine & My MONEY BACK! Watch!!

I bought the wooden frameless glasses. The same day I recipes them I opened them up to try on and they broke into pieces. Two of the little screws popped out the lens. Worse part they was for my son's birthday present.

Stay away! Ordered off instagram 3 months ago and still fighting to get ordered delivered. No support.

Extremely low quality and defective. They promised to replace them and after 1 Email making this promise, they quit responding. I have tried over 6 months with no success. SCAM.

I ordered 3 pairs of glass frames and after reading a bunch of negative reviews I was very skeptical. I thought that I would never receive the package or if I did receive it, the glasses would be of poor quality. However, everything was completely opposite of that. The glasses are of good quality, they are very beautiful and with a unique design. The package arrived within a reasonable time, and the communication with the customer service was smooth and they responded quickly to all my emails. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely order more glasses.

It is a scam. I bought a BARCUR sunglasses by an advice on Instagram. They were fake ones!! I'm trying to return it and get my refund and it's going been difficult. They ask me to pay the return fees.

Scam. It’s a scam. Don’t buy them. They’ll send a tracking number and you’ll watch it “track” out of China. But then nothing will arrive. They’ll say it’s sent somewhere else or, as in my case, that the address doesn’t exist. Of course it exists. I live there.

I have ordered sunglasses and not even an order acknowledgement email. I can see the money taken out of my account but no communication. Reading others review makes me think this site is a scam and the earlier it is dealt with the better or the regulatory services may be seen as accomplices.

I ordered glasses still have not received my package. Also, I need a tracking number to locate package.

Placed order first week of December I haven’t received order and it’s February.
Company is a scam

I ordered two pair of sunglasses and they never arrived. I tried contacting them multiple times and never received a reply or call back. I’m curious if we can start a class action lawsuit against them and Facebook. Why is Facebook promoting them when they are a fake company. I will be seeking legal counsel. I would stay away if you didn’t get the message.

Hi like the glasses but i order and never got the glasses. Hope this time my glasses arrived.
This is the 3rd time i will order.

I did receive my eyewear ,they were in excellent condition. It took a little over two weeks for eyewear to arrive. The quality of the eyewear was better than I expected. I would order again, no complaints.

I got a pair of sunglasses from you guys. And one of the lens were missing. How can I get in touch with u guys

I ordered off this site for years. I made two summer orders in April. I got one order but never received the other order. I asked for a refund and they don't want to give it to me. I asked for them to send out my order they do not want to do that either. Ummmm. Scamming? Nowwww!

Horrible quality and they sent me something completely different than what I ordered!!! Don’t waste your money, there’s no weight to the glasses the quality is definitely below a 3 out of 10 don’t do it.

So I still believe that my product will be amazing,i purchase sunglasses for myself and my Lady.The only problem is it takes long to receive it.

What a bunch of cowboys. The sunglasses are so expensive for cheap rubbish..they don't offer refunds full stop. They are like smiling assassins..very dangerous company to deal with..I'm trying to extricate myself from their emails. Spent £40 for nothing.. horrible cheap tat. Please don't do it ! Avoid at all costs. Even PayPal side with them. If you want to go along with their refund program you have to request a return label which takes weeks. Then pay for it yourself for delivery to China. It quite upset me.
